Located right off main bustling streets of Logan Square, i.e. the famous Milwaukee Ave, you definitely won’t need a car as the location is right by the blue line (approx. 5-7 min walk) which leads directly from O’hare- but there’s typically street parking - since it’s zoned parking. I do have visitor passes. If I have covered garage space available at the time, I can also offer as a bonus. Inside has 2 bdrms, 1 queen bed in each room that can sleep two. Living room has two twin XL daybeds with plush memory foam mattresses, and additional couch seating. A 50 inch flat screen is in the living room with Apple TV (free Netflix!) and HDMI antenna that picks up over 60 channels.
Due to high demand of this rental, any requests for an early check-in prior to 3:30 P.M. will cause a request of an additional $20. With this said, I cannot guarantee a check-in earlier than 1:30 P.M. I appreciate your consideration and understanding in advance!
Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. I do charge an additional fee for ALL pets, no exceptions, sorry. Please inquire beforehand! Any reservations that require to bring their pet will incur an additional $25 cleaning charge. Your pet will ONLY be considered after completing a quick questionnaire beforehand! Do not assume I will automatically accept your pet! Violations of this request (i.e. bringing your pet anyway) will subject me to cancel your reservation with no refund to be considered!!!

*Extra Note: The back exterior porch area is currently slated/pending a demo/addition remodel, and is boarded up because of this. It does not interfere with the living space because it is actually a back porch. It is safe to maneuver (for accessing garage/garbage), it is just also a FYI that you will not have a view of the backyard from the windows in the kitchen.
About the area:
Logan Square is amazing. It’s super hip, chic, and artsy. You will love it! The house is minutes or walking distance from various bars/taps, restaurants, grocery stores, the famous Logan Theater, Concord Music, parks— anything imaginable.
The house is less than a three block walk to the blue line “el” (Logan Square stop), and less than a half a block from the CTA-Kimball stop. I-90/94 access is approximately 5 blocks away as well. I can provide more information for public transportation upon request.
Finally— I will be staying above you with my dog, Bella, and neither of us bite! Feel free to ask me any questions or recommendations about the neighborhood if you catch me around the house. I like to explore the city as well, so you’re free to join me if you’re completely at a loss to figure out something!
