This two story family brick home features new kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, parking, and easy access to McMaster University and Hamilton Hospitals. Four bedrooms include two queen beds,, one double, and a twin set of bunks.
Upstairs you will find a brand new bathroom with shower/tub, and on the main floor you will find a powder room. The back sunroom provides a bright and sunny place for your morning coffee, or you can sit under an umbrella in the private fully enclosed back yard. The living room and dining rooms each provide comfortable seating for six to eight people.
Our daughter lives in the basement unit, so if you need anything, she is happy to help. There is a separate exterior entrance, separate parking and separate seating area outdoors. We have soundproofed well between the units to minimize any sound transfer between the lower level and the house.
You will be two blocks from the bus routes to downtown Hamilton, sporting events, Super Crawl Art/music festival, and Hospitals, and the location provides easy access to the 403. You can be in Toronto or Niagara Falls in 45 minutes.
For cyclists, the Social Bike rentals are two blocks away, and we are registered members of OntarioByBike.ca , which means we have secure covered bike storage and bike maintenance supplies.
