A complex of four privately owned apartments, Jasmine Archs is located on the ground floor surrounded by a spacious patio completely fenced to provide for your security and privacy. A pergola provides shade at all times of the day where you can sit, relax and enjoy the warm breeze from the sea nearby. A hibiscus and lemon tree also provide not only shade but colour and fragrance to your evenings.
It is a short walk to the local supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and the beach. The nearest beach is sandy and very safe for young swimmers. There is a snack bar, beach playground and rental umbrellas and lounge chairs for your convenience.
This ground floor apartment consists of a large living room with a TV,dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room and a bathroom with a bath/shower. There is a fold down bed in the living room so as to provide accommodation for up to 5 persons. There is plenty of drawer and wardrobe space in each bedroom.
There are new air conditioning/central heating units in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, electric hob and oven as well as a washing machine. There is a shower outside for you to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Paradise Island's essence
We have come here regularly since 2012. Close to the sea and beautiful, sandy beach, easy access to the center of Larnaka both by bus and by car. The jasmine bush welcoming you, the lemon tree full of fresh fruit, and the fence protecting your privacy add up to all. Comfy beds, spacious cosy living room, extra shower outside useful when returning from the beach, make your stay a very pleasant experience. Definitely we will come back there. The owner - Stelios always helpful when asked for advice and very friendly.

Perfect the best place in the area
Close to the sea, private beach , quiet and safe to swim, all amenities and very pleasant sitting outside and enjoying an evening breeze and jasmine aroma.
Nearby there are facilities to rent jet skis and windsurfers and for the more adventuresome water skiing and paragliding. You may want to visit the local Bowling Centre which is only a 15 minute walk away where you will find a cafe, 2 floors of bowling, pool tables and a children's play area. There are many restaurants in the vicinity catering to everyone's taste including the local Cypriot cuisine, Chinese, Indian, Mexican and British. There are also a number of night clubs close by. In downtown Larnaca you can find shops to meet all your needs. Next to the marina is a lovely promenade lined with palm trees where you can stroll and stop at one of the numerous cafes. For the children there is even a McDonalds KFC and Pizza Hut. Other Activities: Bowling , sight seeing
