What makes this cottage unique

Beach, boating, golfing and the many resort sponsored activites are wonderful.

Coming to PS for a week allows you to truly get away from it all. There is so much to do inside the resort you may never have to - or want to - leave. We've made many friends and created lasting memories in the time we've been here.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our visit. Your cottage was bright, beautiful and immaculate and so close to everything. . We loved the front and backyard also especially the fire pit. My kids loved finding frogs on your property too! The week went by quickly but we did so much. We went to the beach, kids climbed the rock wall, rented jet skis and a pontoon boat, went to a drive in movie, and more. Everything was beautiful and reasonably priced. I would definately recommend this vacation to friends. Thank you again for allowing us to use your home and for making our first trip to Maine an amazing one!

Fantastic house and location

  • 5 of 5

This house is in one of the best locations at Point Sebago. Purple Road is just steps from the beach and this house is located at the end of the road so it's a bit quieter than the end closest to the beach, but it's still really close to the beach. The owners are wonderful and respond immediately to any questions. The house itself has a very nice layout: lots of places to sleep, sit and eat -- but without it feeling crowded. The decor is great. It also has a nice balance of being stocked with things you'll need (cups, utensils, pots, etc.) but also has plenty of open cabinets and closet space so you have room to put your own belongings during your stay (some houses are so stocked with "stuff" that you end up living out of your suitcase and keeping your groceries on the counter because there's no space to put anything else -- you won't have that problem here.) The yard is also wonderful -- a nice wooded area in back that includes plenty of chairs, a swing, and a picnic table -- as well as a large deck with a covered table and seating for six. We will definitely be staying here again!

The best year yet!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I have stayed at Point Sebago many times. Several years on Grey Road and Blue.

A few years ago we stayed at 41 Purple Road and would never change a thing. Its my favorite getaway. We have returned year after year.

Its a home away from home. Everything you need. Set up like a home, not a make shift trailer.

The new tent addition to the patio, twinkle lights and all was great for playing cards in the summer evening air. Lori has always been great. She is on top of everything and has thought of it all. Wi-Fi to board games. Communication is a breeze. And I cant wait to continue making memories with my family at 41 Purple Road. See you next year!

Great Vacation, Great Property

  • 5 of 5

We just came home from a fantastic vacation at Point Sebago. It was more fun than we even imagined it to be. The entertainment was exceptional, the staff was awesome, and the beach and restaurants were great. Our 5 and 2 year old boys had no stop activities and entertainment available all week including a drop of camp for our 5 year old so he could meet some friends.

41 Purple Road was in a great location, only a walk to the beach and athletic center. 41 Purple Road was quiet, clean and had all of the modern amenities. The central A/C was a necessity our week so we were happy to have it and it worked very well. There was cable in all of the rooms including the kitchen. There was a deck, fire pit and large grill in the back yard with lots of privacy. Lori was very accommodating and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a great stay and plan to come back to Point Sebago for years to come. Thank you for a great vacation!

We have stayed at Point S...

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed at Point Sebago before but never in this lovely resort cottage. This cottage is spacious, well mantained and having 1.5 baths made it perfect since we vacation with 3 children. I would like to thank Lori for making our August 2009 vacation very pleasurable.
