About Michael Greenwald
We are a married couple that love to host guests. We both have professional careers outside of hosting. Natty is a doctor in the medical field and Michael works in the film business. We both love the arts, classical and jazz music, great restaurants and love to travel. We understand the hospitality business well from professional experience and make it our point to give our guests an amazing 5 star experience everytime.
Why Michael Greenwald chose Castle Heights
We love this property because it is the perfect convenient to most all of Los Angeles with easy access to the freeways. It is very close to Sony and Fox Studios, famous shopping and attractions of Beverly Hills, the historic Culver City Arts district and newly renovated Century City. It is easy access to the beach areas and the train is just three blocks away, which goes directly to Santa Monica beach and downtown Los Angeles as well as Long Beach.
What makes this House unique
The property is relatively very private set in a beautiful garden setting. Very nice views thru a large glass bay window. Plenty of fresh air from the open skylight, big bay windows for air and light . The amenities of a five star boutique hotel with the thought put into making you feel that you have everything you could possibly need. From yoga mats, to beach towels, a lightweight cooler for a picnic to a large flatscreen TV to watching sports or movies from over 200 satellite channels to terry cloth robes, slippers and 100% cotton sheets and towels.

Cute Guest House & Excellent Hosts
My friend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! They were so quick to respond and gave excellent recommendations; so much so that I continued to reach out as we navigated the different areas of LA. The house was clean and decorated very nice. It was easy to find and such a peaceful environment. I would definitely stay here again!
A pleasure to stay here!
My husband and I have stayed at several VRBOS from coast to coast and we have to say this is definitely one of the best! There are so many thoughtful niceties included that are not even mentioned you will feel at home right away. GREAT location for visiting LA area. VERY clean. VERY quiet. The owners have put a lot of time and energy into providing helpful information on things to do, places to eat, etc. Owners are also quick to respond to any questions and are super friendly. You will want to stay here but you may not want to leave.
Tranquil, lovely space
This is a charming little bungalow in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood. Very well-appointed; light and airy; impeccably clean; super comfortable bed and bedding; easy check-in and check-out. Owners were very quick to reply to questions, going above and beyond with local recommendations and extra-thoughtful touches of hospitality (fresh peaches! coffee and creamer! snacks!). Would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.
great location, comfortable spot, helpful host
I stayed here with my foster son for a family vacation. I probably would not recommend it for a situation where you couldn't share a bed, but Michael was extremely accommodating and brought in a sleeping bag and floor mats for my son. For a single person or a couple - this place is amazing!
It is so centrally located we were able to easily get everywhere we wanted within 30 -45 minutes. The free on street parking made coming back to the property easy, even if we closed down Santa Monica Pier. It's a lovely neighborhood and the garden area was a beautiful place for my morning coffee before each busy day!
I've already recommended the property to both my adult sons and their wives for when they visit Los Angeles.
Excellent property with friendly and accommodating hosts centrally located comfortable, beautiful private bungalow? Yes, please!
Thank you for the wonderful review. We will take "this place is amazing" and quote you !!! We do take pride in our "five star" guest house bungalow. Please continue to recommend us to others.

Affordable and Oozing with Charm
This cute little guest house was great for a work traveler - peace and quiet. Comfy NON-IKEA bed in a super charming space. High-end natural soaps - the full nine-yards. There's a fairly extensive list of rules but I found them easy to comply with in execution. And those rules keep this property in as great of shape as its in. I have already recommended it to my travelling co-workers.
Breah , Come visit with us anytime. Yes lots of privacy, peace & quiet in a bustling city. We take pride in all the high end furniture from the bed & mattress, pillows and bedding to the bathroom amenities. Thank you for acknowledging.
Kindly, Michael & Natty
