About Julie Briles
We moved to Anchorage after living remotely for nearly 20 years. The change has been great and the family has enjoyed all that Anchorage has to offer!! We are a pretty adventurous bunch, so if you are wondering what to see or do, chances are we have done it! If you are trying to plan a fun filled few days or few weeks and need some tips, just give me a call anytime.
Julie Briles purchased this Condo in 2005
Why Julie Briles chose Bayshore / Klatt
Anchorage is the main hub for the entire state. After staying in hotels with the kids when I came to 'town' for shopping or business, I decided there had to be a better way! Staying in a hotel just didn't work for us any more, and we knew other families would appreciate an alternative. We enjoy all Anchorage has to offer! It is an amazing city where you can go to the theater, enjoy 5 star dining, and see a moose on the way home!
What makes this Condo unique
The location is wonderful for shopping, restaurants, the airport, hospitals and activities. You can come back home after a day sightseeing, take a nap and go out to dinner just blocks away....or stay in, pop a cork on some wine and cozy up to the fireplace and toss a steak on your personal grill on the balcony. Each one of my units has baby gear! You will find a high chair, porta-crib, and umbrella stroller in the coat closet to make you stay with the little guy so much easier. No going to the laundromat to do your laundry either. These units have washer/dryers in the units for your exclusive use.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo, great location and plenty of room, we loved it.
So happy to know you enjoyed your time in Anchorage and that my condo was comfortable for your family!!
Great alternative to expensive Anchorage summer hotel prices
Everything you need. There were 6 of us. 4 adults and 2 kids. We were very comfortable. Everything you needed to cook or grill. The balcony was nice too. Loved the washer and dryer to wash the stinky soccer gear. We will stay again.
Yes it is a great alternative to high priced hotels... and with all the comforts of home too!
Thank you for sharing your review!!
Snug and effective
Great little apartment to use as base for wider Alaska experiences. Well kept, cleaned, and organized. 3 beds in 2 rooms accommodates a family or small group of friends very well. Larger groups get cramped sleeping space on the living room floor. Worked for us, won't work for everyone. Neighborhood may make some folks uncomfortable, but we had no issues with neighbors with noise or anything else. All in all, it's perfect for a group that needs a crash pad while doing bigger things.
So glad you found the location great for your time in Anchorage. It is very urban and considered a good south Anchorage area and close to Dimond Mall.
When you think about the two bedrooms with a kitchen and a washer dryer for $149 a night compared to renting two hotel rooms at $200 a night each, you have to realize you just saved a ton of money!
Cute and Cozy
Cute and Cozy place. It's a little old, but well kept. We felt very at home and there was just enough space for all of us.
So glad you enjoyed the comforts of home during your stay!

easy to find
Julie was a pleasure to work with. She responded quickly to any questions I had. The location for us was perfect, close to family and very easy access to Old Seward highway. The condo was clean and well taken care of.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share!
I love the location just because everything you need is close by... even the airport!
Super location and spotlessly clean
This is not our first time staying with Julie. She always takes care of us! We really enjoy all the comforts of home and close proximity to hospitals.
Our location is just perfect for day trips around Anchorage and attractions within the city. Must see's are The Native Cultural Center to learn about Alaska's indigenous peoples, The Anchorage Museum, The Alaska Zoo, Alaska Railroad Depot...I strongly suggest a train trip for breathtaking scenery and viewing wildlife, Hike Flat Top Mountain, Walk or bike The Coastal Trails, Potters Marsh for bird and wildlife viewing, Portage Glacier, Alyeska Ski Chalet in summer for tram rides to the top or world class skiing in winter, Crow Creek Mine in Girdwood for some fun panning for gold, and lets not forget The Double Musky Inn for a 5 star dinner in a log cabin! Dress casual and bring your appetite
