The apartment was exactly as pictured and described, and was a great deal for the price. The Tribeca neighborhood is excellent - lots of delicious restaurants, nice cafes, easy walk to downtown tourist locations, Brooklyn Bridge, Greenwich Village, SOHO, Chinatown, Little Italy, Lower East Side, etc. Great subway access too, so it is an easy commute to the museums uptown and Central Park. The neighborhood is very safe, as is the apartment. Perfect for a couple or family.

The spaciousness of this apartment was such a wonderful surprise. Even the bathrooms are large by NYV standards. I have rented many times through this and similar services and by far, this was the best overall experience of all. The owner was very prompt and helpful throughout the entire process and we will definitely be using their properties again.
We stayed at the studio apt for 5 nights and had a great time. The studio is exactly like the pictures. It is on a quiet street but in a really good central location - easy access to other New York neighborhoods. We were provided a lot of detail about the check in / check out process beforehand and felt taken care of while we were there. Thanks for letting us stay in your great apt!
My family enjoyed our stay in the loft apartment. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. There were extra towels and pillows - something my kids and husband are always looking for. The street is very quiet, but a quick walk to restaurants (we enjoyed Walker's), the Hudson River Park Pier 25 mini-golf and playground, and several subway lines. On-street parking right out front is available on the weekends. Jillian was very helpful throughout the rental process.
Great location for walking to fabulous Tribeca restaurants, subway stops are nearby, etc. Secure building, quiet, plenty of towels. Nothing fancy, but definitely a cozy, basic apartment for two. The bedrooms are not really separate rooms, so not private. Bed was not super comfortable and the pillows are too big/firm. We spent very little time in the apartment -- didn't cook except breakfast toast and coffee so I can't comment on how well the kitchen is outfitted. A new and better coffee maker would be great.
Great location in Tribeca with an easy walk to Soho, Greenwich Village, Chinatown and lower Manhattan. Easy to find and easy to get into. Very comfortable and quiet.
Would encourage going to Battery Park at Chambers Street. Easy walk and the park is new there with sculpture and great views of the Hudson, the Jersey side and lower Manhattan.
We ate at several neighborhood restaurants including Kori Korean and Anejo. All very good.
My husband, sixteen year old daughter and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was conveniently located for a number of subway lines which meant we could travel easily and cheaply around the whole of Manhattan. The area felt very safe and the apartment is close to many good restaurants.
The facilities in the apartment are very good, the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery. The owner was always friendly, helpful and efficient when we contacted her and any issues we had were dealt with very speedily. I would certainly recommend this apartment to others and would love to stay here myself again.
Main only comment would be that the sleeping arrangements are not very private which might be a consideration for some people.
One of New York's trendiest most desirable areas. This downtown family friendly land marked historic district with wide cobblestone streets is just a few blocks from both the galleries and boutique shopping of Soho and the great 4 star restaurants in the heart of Tribeca. A short walk to Chinatown, Soho, Chelsea and Greenwich Village and 4 blocks from the Hudson River Promenade, where there are miles of uninterrupted biking and jogging paths along the waterfront that go all the way uptown, as well as several lovely waterfront parks, including Chelsea Piers. Many art galleries, lovely designer stores with a real NYC neighborhood feel. Much local celeb spotting, as this is a downtown working locations area, with many films being shot on location nearby.
