Stallance - Fabulous house with magnificent views in a fabulous position

Stallance is a stunning house in a fabulous position with wonderful sea views.

Fully refurbished in 2016 the standard of accommodation is very high, it has a contemporary feel but retains the character of a family home. Ground floor accommodation comprises a large, well equipped kitchen/diner including 7 ring gas burner, double oven, extractor, dishwasher, microwave and food processor, a breakfast bar and large extendable dining table. The kitchen/diner is a very socialable space with ample room and seating, beautiful views across the gardens to Looe Island and a wall mounted flat screen TV. There is a comfortable lounge which also has beautiful views, a lovely downstairs double bedroom and a fantastic modern wet room also all on the ground floor.

Upstairs are two large double bedrooms, both at the front of the house, they have truly stunning views over Looe Bay and the island. One room has a king size bed and an en-suite with bath and shower over and the second room has a super king size bed (zip and link). The fourth bedroom is an attractive twin room and as with the other bedrooms has a contemporary feel whilst retaining character. The family bathroom has bath and separate large walk in shower.

Stallance has private parking for 4-5 cars, free wifi, accepts two well behaved pets (there is £20 per pet, pet fee), has magnificent views, lovely gardens and is a minutes walk from the beach, the public tennis courts and two lovely cafes. What more can we say, other than we look forward to welcoming you to this lovely holiday home.

A very nice property, well maintained

A very good size property (7 adults staying) in a perfect location, just close enough to the centre of Looe for the music festival but far enough away to escape the crowds.

All beds within the property were comfortable and the bathrooms very clean and well equipped.

The kitchen was also very nice and a healthy size with a nice dining area attached.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the fact, there was no 'welcome pack' ( tea, coffee, milk a couple of scones and jam that sort of thing).

The harbor, beach are just a ten minute stroll away and water sports, tennis, fishing, golfing, riding, coastal walks and National Trust houses and gardens are all close at hand.

The Eden Project and Plymouth are about a forty minute drive with Truro & the north coast (Padstow, etc.), reachable in about an hour.
