Perfect romantic weekend getaway
The property is beautiful with lots of fun things to explore (Zebras! Friendly goats!). It's the lovely, private home base for exploring cute nearby towns, hiking and the fabulous Inn at Little Washington.
The cabin is super comfortable, with a big bed, huge tub, super fluffy towels and full length mirrors for getting ready for a fancy dinner! Cell service is limited, but the wifi is excellent.
Connie was super sweet and helpful and added personal touches to help us celebrate. I wouldn't have changed a thing!
Thank you Briana we are so glad that you chose Castleton to celebrate your wedding anniversary. We hope you will come back again soon. We wish you many more happy years together and appreciate the amazing review.
I loved this peaceful retreat and will definitely make this as my “go to”, quick getaway. Well appointed and had everything I needed!
Peaceful Relaxing Property
We had a great time at the Castleton cottage. The spa was refreshing and relaxing. The gift basket for my husbands 30th birthday was really nice. Thank you. The views from the cottage are beautiful. Excellent hosts.
Thank you Josh and Ulyana for the great review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again soon.
Great private getaway
The location was great. We brought our pups and they had the time of her life. Exploring is awesome, lots of happy animals and beautiful places. The cottage is very nice too. The only problem we had was figuring out how to check in and there was no cell phone reception so we were trying to find the office for 45 minutes.
Thank you Diane for the great review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. We have new signage coming soon to help with finding the office. We hope to see you back for another visit.
Nice Place for a Weekend get away
Enjoyed our brief stay at the Rock House. Served as a good spot for visiting the area. Plenty of room for the two of us.
Thank you so much for the review. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay ant that you will come back for future visits.
Gorgeous and charming cottage that was beautifully updated and with all the necessities
the check in office and personnel ( Connie/ Brenda) we’re very friendly and attentive to details and needs.
The farm grounds were well maintained and very antiquated with may amenities and activities. The location was ideal for enjoying nature, nearby small towns ( Culpeper/ warrenton/sperryville) , and numerous wineries.
The cottage was prestine and classy. The whirl pool tub was beautiful and the wood stove was very elegant on the cold nights...fire wood and starter were graciously provided. The cottage has everything you need for your stay.
We will definitely make this our destination to stay when we travel to the area annually.
Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Thank you Shaun for the awesome review. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and are looking forward to future visits.
