This three-bedroom Penthouse apartment benefits from all the luxurious amenities expected by the discerning visitor. It is modern, spacious and furnished to a high standard, in a contemporary style, with all the latest appliances, air-conditioning/central heating. Patio doors lead out onto a spacious terraces ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dinning. There are beautiful views over the landscaped communal gardens and beyond, to the Golf courses and open Green countryside. There are 2 large pools one especially for children. Plenty of parking spaces should you wish to hire a car to tour the Island. The apartment is part of an exclusive gated community located between a conservation area and one of the island's championship golf courses. Minutes away, there are excellent restaurants, beaches and facilities for water sports, golf and the main cultural and tourist attractions. Only 20 minutes from Palma, this is the ideal destination for summer holidays, weekend getaways and golf breaks.

Transport: There has been major investment in the road system in Mallorca in recent years and the drive from the airport is both quick and simple. Once at the apartment there is no need of a car, unless you wish to tour the island. A number of Taxi firms operate on the island Taxis are both reliable and inexpensive and are in plentiful supply. A taxi to the airport will cost approximately 40 - 47 euros. There is a bus Terminal a short walk from the apartment with regular services into Palma. If you do decide to hire a car, parking on the island is not generally a problem with many public car parks at all the major attractions. There is an excellent cycle path that follows a pretty route from Santa Ponca towards Palma Nova and on to Palma. The path is very wide and well maintained. The route is regularly interspersed with children's play areas providing a safe environment for families, walkers, joggers and cyclists.

Shopping & Restaurants: The nearest supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away. Santa Ponca has a larger supermarket and a wider range of shops and restaurants as well as banks and pharmacies. Best of all, are the open markets. Every day, except Sunday, is market day in a town not too far away. Generally, there is a wide range of fresh produce, with seafood a speciality. The local bakeries all produce croissants and baguettes on a daily basis. There are too many good restaurants to list! Every taste and cuisine can be found in and around Santa Ponca. The locals have a fabulous attitude towards socialising and eating-out is a pastime in which they partake with great relish. Children are particularly welcome around the island and menus for the smaller guests are normally available.

Golf Infofmation: There are more than 15 golf courses on the island - 7 of which are within a 15-minute radius. The apartment is situated next to the championship course of Santa Ponca 1, which boasts one of the longest par 5 holes in Europe! It is open to the public but reserving tee-off times is essential. The wonderful climate and the excellent facilities provide the ideal opportunity for golf enthusiasts to enjoy their sport throughout the year.

Property truly a dream to stay in!

This property was true to its description. Its decor was a credit to its owner and it was like having a home from home. Brilliant location and the kids had loads of space and loved the laid back atompshere at the pool. Great having your own beds by the pool no rushing in the morning!!!! It was very clean and well maintained and the customer service provided by the owner was outstanding. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect

This was our fourth stay on this complex and our first time in this apartment. It was by far the best apartment. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. In previous apartments we have found the cupboards bursting with crockery and old bits of food. However, this was not the case in this apartment. The amount of crockery, glassware etc was spot on. It was very clean and obviously well looked after. We love the complex and feel so relaxed as soon as we arrive. The pool area is also well kept. Would definitely recommend. If we return to Santa Ponca we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Place

We could not fault this place at all, immaculate upon arrival, loads of space and lovely decor, nice and quiet around the pool and fairly central to town / beach if required. We will definitely visit again.

Had a fabulous holiday in this beautiful apartment.

The whole complex is superb and spotlessly clean and is a 10 minute stroll from the town centre.

You should try this apartment!

We had a really good family holiday in this lovely apartment ideally located in a quiet area as part of a nice, not too busy complex. Less than 10 mins walk to centre of town and beach. Well equipped and furnished apartment with everything we needed, including a shopping trolley which was a godsend for carrying water etc from the supermarket. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pools.

Outstanding,just like home from home.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this complex and have had a wonderful holiday, the pool was a big hit with the kids and spotlessly clean in very well maintained grounds in which we felt the kids were very safe,they've had hours of fun in the pool. There is everything to hand within a very short distance a well stocked supermarket a great choice of bars & restaurants and of course a lovely clean beach.

We wanted for nothing in the apartment the owners have thought of everything the kitchen cupboards were well equipped if you were wanting to cook & eat in there was an abundance of pots & pans etc and the shopping trolley was a godsend to carry back all the shopping from the supermarket. We used the cool bag daily to take drinks & snacks down to the beach or pool.the apartment was very spacious we certainly didn't feel like we were all on top of one another & it was spotlessly clean, very much home from home. We would highly recommend this property it's very family friendly, our four children all said this was the best holiday they have ever had & they would love to return there one day. Happy kids make happy parents!

Santa Ponsa is All Things for All People! A real family resort with plenty to do in all seasons. It has a white sandy beach, safe shallow water, rocks for fishing, scuba diving, pedalloes, sun shades, deck chairs & beach bars. The Penthouse is in the quiet, prestigious Habitat Golf area yet only 5/10 min walk to the shops, beach , restaurants & bars. For livelier entertainment night clubs & bars are 15min walk. Water Park, Marineland, Go-karting, Casino & Cabaret shows are a short taxi ride away. Santa Ponsa has its own small marina with gourmet restaurant.. Santa Ponsa's excellent golf facilities are only a few minutes drive away and the prestigious Country Club (1 mile from the apartment) facilities include Spa, Indoor/Outdoor pool, Fitness centre, Tennis, Restaurants & Creche. Admire the yachts or simply people watch in Puerto Portals. Shop & sightseeing in the historic city of Palma. Golfers! A real challenge on this outstanding CHAMPIONSHIP course.
