We believe that our renter's needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
We have owned this property together since 2005.
Martha and Christina are childhood friends who grew up next to each other in Massachusetts.
Martha and Jim are in Vail at least once a month.
Christina and Robbie live in England with their two daughters and make regular trips to Vail.
Our property is a home away from home as evidenced in the photographs placed around the unit.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2005
We love the mountains of Vail!
This is the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. They have every convenience. Very cozy and homelike. Even enjoyed the photos on the walls.
Apartment was VERY well equipped. Clean. The bus to Vail opposite the apartment and 8 min to Vail.
Would highly, highly recommend for anyone going skiing.
Had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Lots of space in the unit for our group.
It was great to walk out the balcony door right towards the hot tubs which always had lots of space.
Great deal while staying in Vail!
Apartment was well equipped and and clean and great for the bus into Vail which was opposite the apartment.
Only downside was the phone didn't work. Would highly recommend for anyone going skiing.
I stayed one month in the condo during the winter preseason and had a great time:
- the condo is cosy and very well-equipped - there's even a small Espresso machine making very good Cappuccinos,
- the bus (Sandstone and Lionsridge line) to the lift stop justs before the building,
- the two hot tubs are only a few steps away from the door and have the right temperature of 104°F (40°C),
- the wireless internet worked without a flaw (5 Mbit down/1 Mbit up),
- the owners Martha and Christina always responded fast which made the booking really easy.
I looked at a lot of condos in Vail before booking this one and the title is 100% right - it's the best deal! If I come again to Vail I will try to stay here again.
We had a great time staying at this place. Good parking and hardly any stairs, i think there a two or three. The hot tube had allot of chemicals in it but it was right out the back door which was really nice. It was clean and well taken care of.
The only other thing was trivial pursuit was the genius addition from 1981 and i couldn't get a damn answer right, haha.
We feel we must respond to the previous review. We are from MA and have stayed at this unit almost every year since about 2003; we've written in the guest book. We return as it's is easy to rent, close to everything, clean and VERY reasonably priced. Also, the owners have been nothing but courteous to us before, during and afater our stay.
We have two children who enjoy this unit as it's on the ground floor, and we can just let them wander into the communal area right outside the door to play ball or build a snowman.
Yes, there have been little niggles off and on over the years (as with most condos/hotels), but once we contacted the owners who are in Denver, they have either personnally taken charge or have had their cleaner/repairer sort the issues out usually during the day when we've been out skiing, hiking, etc.
Haven't noticed the unit being particularly dark as we're out every day and when we return it's usually towards the evening and we hop straight into the hottubs then it's dark. So maybe they should get out more!
Looking forward to another great stay this summer.
We are planning to return this summer hence our seeing this unwarranted review.
