Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
access is granted to the whole house. fully appointed kitchen makes cooking meals simple and easy. each bed has a power strip near by to power all of your electronics. super speed internet capable of streaming is included as well. limited cable is available for local channels and starz movies available in the living room.
Orignal hardwood floors through out the home, Tile in the wet areas, Laminate flooring in the living room and master bedroom. Perfect for work crews that understand the importance of smoking only outside the home. Circular driveway for easy exits and entries with trailers. Concrete pad located behind a chainlink gate and fence suitable for parking boats or equipment.
Home is located deep in heart of a residential area. A car is highly recommended. Orange park is a bedroom community south of Jacksonville. We get several requests for driving distance determinations to many venues.
traffic patterns vary greatly. For this reason we recommend you use a mapping program and map from your location to saint johns country day school in orange park. that will give an idea of distances:

Great location not far from everything
You can tell the owner is taking steps to increase the value of this rental. This is a perfect place to crash to rest after full day out and about. Enough room for family members to have their own space but still can gather for a quick meal or movie in the living room.

Horrible Property
I rent a lot of properties and this is by far the worst place I have rented! First our check-in got pushed from 5pm to 6:30 as the guest before us did not check-out until sometime between 3:30-4pm. Upon arrival, this home has not been recently renovated as stated in the description. There are outlets coming out of the walls, flooring transition strips missing and other issues. The kitchen is NOT appointed with all items needed to cook and entertain. The kitchen was so unequipped we had to make other arrangements for cooking. There was only 1 pot, 2 fry pans, burnt banking sheets and 3 drinking cups, when I had a reservation for 4. The stove was covered in stuck on grease and the countertops are a mess. We found beer bottles and trash through out the back patio and yard. There were clean towels in our rooms but they needed to be re-dried, as they were still damp and a set of towels that needed to be rewashed as the smelled dirty. The floors were so dirty we had to leave our shoes on when walking around the home. I tried to re-mop the floors but the mop left in the home did not work well to clean the floors. The only bed in the home to have a plastic cover was the master bed. Upon checking to see why, it looked and smelled like someone had peed the bed. My family and I tried to make the best of it, as I reserved this property so we could spend the Thanksgiving Holiday with our family that still lives in Orange Park. I did report issues to the property manager. He was apologetic and refunded my cleaning fee back right away. I'm now trying to get my security damage deposit back. I was told via email, it would take No more than 5 days. That Vrbo needed to issue the refund. That is Not the case. I called Vrbo and a property management company owns this property so Vrbo has nothing to to with issuing the refund. I reached out to the property manager and the response was: they would review it. If I would have known the property was this Bad and I was going to have this much trouble. I would have booked hotel rooms as it would have been less expensive and they would have been CLEAN. This Property is not worth what I rented it for.....
