|Minimum Stay||3 - 7 nights|
Great location, right at the end of a private dead-end road. Sits only two houses up from a personal beach were many tourists do not reside, if looking for something more relaxed.
Comfy-Cozy feeling, perfect for up to 6 people. Two stories, so the stairs can promote privacy. Many of my personal friends have commented on the overall design and home-like feel of the house.
Master bedroom has an attached full bathroom (shower and tub) and queen size bed. Upstairs one bedroom has a double bed and the other, a set of twin beds. The adjacent bathroom has a shower. Half bath is just as you enter front door.
Kitchen, dining and living areas are of open concept. Our house is completely furnished, particularly kitchen.
Sitting on the front porch one can see and smell the Atlantic Ocean.
House is built over owners grandfather's summer cottage.
Owner celebrated first year birthday on this property.
A true Maine experience.
Not a hotel, motel, or tourist overwhelmed area.
A unique way to enjoy Maine in the summer.
Turbats Creek is far enough off the beaten path, so you feel like you are really getting away.
What a great place to make happy memories with the family. The house was beautiful and Kinder could not have been more accommodating. The creek was so much fun and we enjoyed walks along Ocean Ave each day too. I would definitely like to return with the family next year.
This comfortable home had all the conveniences of my home. The house is charming and decorated in a warm and relaxing manner. The owner provided everything imaginable that one could need when on vacation. The beach pass to the Kennebunk beaches was a wonderful and thoughtful perk to provide.
Each room has an overhead fan as well as a portable fan to provide a comfortable breeze on warm nights. The location is quiet with the added benefit of being close to the water and being able to hear the ocean at night.
I can't say enough about the owner. She is thoughtful, kind and added so many wonderful touches to our stay such as having beach towels available and providing a fully furnished kitchen, living area, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Kinder's communication with us was incredible! What a joy to rent her home. Thank you for making our vacation so special and relaxing! I hope to rent again from you soon.
This house was ideal for our family. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great for us as we had 5 teenagers with us most of the week. My wife was thrilled with how CLEAN it was upon arrival. The open concept of the first floor is just great. The location on the tidal creek is really cool. Love being on a very quiet street with almost no traffic. Being able to bring our dog was a huge bonus. Having a beach pass provided for Kennebunk beaches is another bonus. Lots of fans provided in the house was nice. There was always an ocean breeze as well. Deck is awesome. Kitchen has everything needed. Grill was another bonus. Washer & dryer was nice to have. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Kinder!
We really enjoyed the cottage. It was quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. It's close to the water yet only a few minutes away from Kennebunkport, Cape Porpoise (the Ramp) and Goose Rocks Beach. We found it a great place to spend a week enjoying all that Maine has to offer. We plan on going back. Thank you, Kinder, for making it a great stay.
