Old shore charm. Adorable 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath shore house. Full kitchen and attached living area. Sleeps 6, master bedroom has queen size bed, bedroom 2 has one set of twin bunks, and bedroom 3 has queen size bed. Full bath is located on the first floor close to bedroom 3. Half bath is inside master bedroom on second floor. Bedroom 3 is the smallest of the rooms with one set of bunkbeds. It is ideal for small children, as it is located outside of the master bedroom (separated by pocket door). You have to walk through this "bunk bed room" to enter the master bedroom. Walk out second floor deck off master bedroom. Quiet family friendly area. No smoking, no pets. Street parking on quiet residential street.
If you are not familiar with the Townsends Inlet section of Sea Isle, this IS the place to stay. Our home is within walking distance to Doc MaGrogan's Oyster House, Blitz's new Sea Isle grocery store and coffee bar, Fishin Pier Grill breakfast/brunch restaurant, Sunset Pier Restaurant, Pier 88 Marina, Scoops Ice Cream, and much more. Park your car and walk everywhere you need to go from our house.
Driveway is for owners use only. Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out by 10 AM. . Most weeks are $2,200 per week (July weeks are $ 2500) , plus this sites booking fee, and $ 79.00 for damage insurance (in lieu of security deposit). Please contact us if you are interested in an off season week or weekend. We will rent weekends during September and October. My response rate is a little low on this site due to the overwhelming requests we get from groups of high school seniors wanting to rent for senior week in June. We cater to families, thanks.
