Very private lower level apartment situated on a quiet lane. Walk to town & restaurants. This apartment is new construction with radiant heat flooring throughout. Beautifully lit with designer lighting from kitchen to bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining. It includes a convection oven as well as a traditional oven and microwave. Ice is available via the ice maker in the freezer and the refrigerator includes complimentary bottles of water. The kitchen is also equipped with coffee, tea, sugar and basic cooking spices.

The bedroom has ample space for storage, with a comfortable queen sized bed fitted with plush bedding and blankets. A large ceiling fan over the bed provides air flow and comfort to the room.

The bathroom has a large closet with a variety of plush towels to choose from as well as complimentary beach towels. Shower and hand soaps are provided.

A clothes washer and dryer are located in a hall between the kitchen and bedroom and are available for guests use.

The apartment has recently been updated to include air-conditioning and stays cool during the hottest summer months.

This is a non-smoking apartment. A small outdoor seating area by the steps leading down to the apt. provides for easy relaxation.

Great Sister's Trip

Had a great time! Kathryn is a great owner that was very responsive to all of my questions. The accommodations were wonderful with all of the necessary amenities. Only recommendation is to strengthen the Wi-Fi access. Maybe it was our devices. The size was perfect and such easy access to so much. Will definitely recommend to others, and return if we return to the area. Thanks for everything!

Private, clean and perfect little place for two!

The photos did not disappoint, in fact it was better in person. This little gem was perfect for our weekend stay out in Long Island. The property was spotless, provided ample parking, close to restaurants/main access roads and had all the amenities (full kitchen, spacious bath, laundry, cable, wifi). We felt very comfortable the whole time we were there.

Kathryn was very easy to work with before our stay. I have not one negative to say about the whole experience!

Wonderful accommodation near the Hamptons, at a great price!

I cannot fault this accommodation at all. Communication was replied very quickly by Kathryn and all questions were answered.

The place itself is in a quiet neighborhood and has its own little beach about a mile away. Accommodation has everything you need from a well equipped kitchen, to a good size bedroom and en-suite.

With Westhampton beaches 20 minutes away and Montauk an hour or so away, this place is in a great position.

Sadly we didn't get to meet Kathryn in person as we were out early and coming back late.m, but I wish thank her for a lovely stay.

I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Great Getaway for Two

The propety was just as described. Clean, neat, and all the amenities anyone could ask for and more! The goodie basket was a great touch and helped us out at the rental property as well as the beach and our travel home after vacation. The location is perfect! The food market is just around the corner and the diner just a short drive had great food with very generous portions! The only thing that was difficult for us, senior citizens, were the stairs. So if anyone has any disabilities, you need to know that detail. Thanks, Kathryn, for taking care of all the details that will certainly have return renters at your property!

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood situated approximately 1 mile from the Great South Bay. Located on the south shore between Montauk and NYC and within close distance to both the north and south shores for wine tastings, outlet shopping, restaurants & beaches. Take a casual drive through the north fork and visit numerous country farms, farm stands and wineries or stay on the south shore and venture into the pretty villages and beaches of the Hamptons.
