We love our South Florida house and we also love our suburban Chicago house. We spend about four months out of the year in Florida, but never more than four weeks at a time (can't bear to be away from grandkids for too long), and we make the property available for rental for a total of eight months throughout the course of each year.

Since purchasaing it in 2012, each year we have done major upgrade projects, such as bath and kitchen remodels, soundproof tinted high impact hurricane windows and doors throughout, new central A.C., added attractive and very comfortable furnishings throughout (especially the beds, every always comments on how comfortable they are), T.V.s, suround sound system, artwork , and extensive pool and landscape upgrades.

To date we have never had a disappointed guest, with many of them calling back several months in advance to secure future booking dates, returning again for another stay.

Cleaning Fee $150
Additional Guest Fee $30 per person per night
Damage Deposit $2,000

*Additional guests (more than six) fee: $30/pp,pn.
*Cleaning charge of $150-350 will be charged depending on the condition the house is left in.
*Renters will be charged for 50% of actual Utility (Water and Elec) usage for the dates of occupancy.
**Cleaning and Utilities fees will be estimated and adjusted via security deposit if necessary. Security Deposit will be returned within two weeks, usually sooner.
*Security deposit for 14 or more nights will be $1500, unless damage protection policy is purchased ($59).
*If Renter prefers to pay by credit card or PAYPAL, a 3 % charge will be added to cover credit card company charges.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date.
