Wildwood is just over one block from the beach and boards, and in between the two largest of Morey's ride piers, near the North Wildwood border. Walk to everything and everywhere from this very convenient location! This condo is also right across the street from ST. ANN'S CHURCH/NOTRE DAME DE LA MER - a wonderful neighbor! Enjoy your morning coffee from your deck complete with comfortable furniture. Wake to the church bells on Sunday morning, and stroll right across the street to Sunday mass! This TOP FLOOR UNIT is perfectly located for everything that the children want to do, and best of all, you're just over one block away from the fun of the Boardwalk and famous Wildwood Beach!

This Glenwood Ave. condo is fully air-conditioned (central air) and is smartly decorated with a cottagy 'Laura Ashley' feel. Very comfortable and homey! Many have told us that it feels so much like home - YOUR vacation home away at the shore!

The Master Bedroom features a thick, comfortable queen-size bed, a seating area, new flat screen TV, DVD PLAYER, and a private full bathroom with shower.

The Second and Third bedrooms are identically furnished with both one Full-size bed, one Twin bed, and TVs. Dressers and closets for storage.

There are ceiling fans through out to help keep you cool.

All beds are covered with mattress pads, and have blankets, comforters, and pillows. Renters will supply their own linens, towels, and paper products. (We can also recommend several agencies on the island for linen and/or towels rentals. Just ask!)

This unit is very spacious - more spacious than most three bedroom, 2 bath condos on the market. This is something that you can't tell from pictures. It's roomy here, especially up front in the 'great room' area, and it is perfect for a large family of up to ten people.

This unit also includes an outdoor hot/cold shower, a 2 car private garage, and 1 additional off-street parking space in front of the garage. Park three cars total at this unit.

The living area is open - a 'great room' concept area. It features a big screen LCD HDTV, DVD/VCR, and CD Player. There is a queen sofa sleeper to sleep up to two guests. The living area open up to the large front deck.

The fully-equipped Kitchen will make food preparation a breeze, and the cook can join in the fun with the rest of the family, as the kitchen is open to the living/dining area.

The dining table is large - a square table that seats 8 comfortably.

A full-size washer and dryer are in the unit, private for this unit only, and second full bathroom in the hallway with shower over tub complete the amenities.

Everything is here for a memorable, fun-filled and relaxing vacation week in the Wildwoods!

Labor Day Getaway

We had a great time with friends in this upper level rental that was spacious and clean upon arrival. Alot of steps to get to the second floor. Garage can fit a car and a medium sized SUV. There is a 3rd parking spot in front of the garage. Great proximity and walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach. We would definitely would rent this space again. I would suggest several updates. The leather coaches need to be updated. They were ripped upon arrival. The mattress in the master bath and the double beds need to be updated along with the wicker furniture. The listing states that there is an outdoor shower, however this is extremely misleading. There is a pipe with a small opening at the top for you to wash sand off and a spigot at the bottom to wash your feet. This is not a traditional enclosed outdoor shower. We were told we could not grill at all but found a grill in the garage. We had a problem with the AC and was fixed immediately upon reporting it to the realtor. All in all clean, spacious and a great beach weekend.

My extended family and I spent a week here in June. The condo was great, very clean, well decorated and tons of closet space. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need.There were lots of games and an extra large kitchen table where we could ALL play and eat together. The rental agency was great also.The whole experience

was wonderful.We will be back next summer.
