Open from 1st of May until half of October, the pool is of exclusive use for the guests of the two villas in the residence. The pool is 13 mt long and 110 cm of depth. Around the little island it is 60 cm depth.
In the pool area there is a wooden gazebo, with chairs and sun-beds. Moreover, there are different spaces: rock garden, green grass around an olive tree, solarium, with trani’s stone floor.
Serranova is a little and quiet suburb of Carovigno, in the north part of Salento, where the hills of the “Murge” finish.
Serranova’s plateau overlooks one of the most beautiful coastlines in the Brindisi area; in fact, the beach at Torre Guaceto’s is a natural reserve that is protected by WWF.
The villas are the ideal solution for a relaxing holiday in Puglia, where you’ll experience the unique blend of sun and sea during the day and charming villages hosting typical festivals in Salento and the villages and Valle d’Itria at night.
The Villas are conveniently located in a wonderful site nearby typical places and points of interest in the area like Alberobello’s trulli, The Valle d’Itria, the white village of Ostuni, Castellana’s caves, Safari Park of Fasano and other amazing place in the heart of Salento like Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto, and Porto Cesareo.
Golf: The “San Domenico Golf” course lies near the small fisherman village of Savelletri and the archaeological area of Egnathia, with its southern boundary close to the sea. The formerly flat and featureless land is now a challenging 18 hole golf course which offers an unforgettable experience for visitors and superb view of the Adriatic Sea from every tee, green and fairway.
Designed by “European Golf Design”, the course measures over 6300 meters, has a par of 72 and has been constructed to the highest standards, with greens conforming to USGA Specifications.
As it is to be expected from a golf course so close to the sea, wind can play a significant role in the challenge of the course.
This is complemented by incorporating local plants into the design of the course, which can be seen occupying great waste areas weaving their way in and around the golf holes.
