Don't miss out on an affordable beach vacation!
Comfortable, cozy and cute 3-bedroom, 1 bath beach house is located just steps from a huge private association beach on a calm cove on Buzzards Bay. ** One week minimum please (some exceptions) **
Relax and let the rhythms of nature dictate your day - swim when the tide is high and when the tide goes out, explore the sand bars, tidal pools - even a small island! The backyard is a perfect spot to relax in the shade, and there's a picnic table for dining al fresco.
In the evening, stroll down to the beach to watch the sun set over the water. At night, you can build a beach bonfire and watch the stars come out.
Our home has its original knotty pine paneling and comfy wicker couches for lounging. It can sleep up to six people; there is one full bathroom.
We are pet friendly!

My siblings and I spent our summers here from the time we were very young, and we have wonderful memories — swimming, clamming and just hanging on the beach — that we will always cherish. And now our children are making their own special memories — building sandcastles on the sandbars, making s'mores on the beach and adding to their seashell collections.

The neighborhood is a special community nestled on Aucoot Cove, right next to a nature preserve. The cove is part of Buzzards Bay and you can see all the way to Cape Cod and the Elizabeth Islands.

Marion is a charming, seaside town with stately sea captains’ homes lining the waterfront. The beach house is located in a quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood of summer and year-round homes.
And best of all, there are no crowds or traffic jams! But the town has great amenities, including a public golf course; Sippican Harbor, which is a mecca for sailors with its public boat ramp; in-town public tennis courts; excellent fishing and clamming; and wonderful restaurants nearby. (Don’t miss the Oxford Creamery for fried seafood and ice cream.)
Marion is easy to get to from New York or Boston - no bridges to cross! - and it's an easy, 20-minute drive to Cape Cod. You can also catch a ferry from nearby New Bedford if you want to make a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard.
