Looks small but it's not! This 3 bedroom cabin with a small loft is close to Silver lake.It is within 2 miles of all Silver Lake has to offer. Come back from a day on the dunes and have a quiet place to relax. Ample parking for buggy's and trailers here. Outdoor fire pit, gas grill, firewood purchased locally, picnic table and chairs on front porch and back deck, We have a new deck on the side this year 8 ft wide!
We are new owners here, purchased from former owner Dave who built the cabin, we come from Chicago and fell in love with the place after we stayed here one week! We love having people stay and enjoy our piece of paradise.
Larry Krueger purchased this cabin in 2013
It is close enough to the dunes but quiet and relaxing!
Ample parking for trailers, our Coke themed kitchen is really neat!
Polite and friendly owners. Loved the theme. Will stay again in the future. Perfect for family or groups who plan on spending more time out than in. You get more than you pay for with this one!!!!!
Great price, owners are next door through tree line but very friendly and polite and kept to themselves. Will be taking my family up next time and will try to book it again.
Owners were very friendly and helpful. Cottage is on loud, busy main road. Very uncomfortable beds and stove isn't easily operable. Good for a night or two, but planning a longer stay another property might be more suitable.
We stayed at this nice cabin for two weeks and really enjoyed all it had to offer! It is close to many fun venues. The owners came over to greet us and welcome us. They even texted and e-mailed us when they were out of town for a few days, to make sure we could get ahold of them if we needed anything. We loved the special welcome gift, Larry and Teresa! The kitchen is very cute! The only thing we didn't like, was the fact that the cabin is located on a road which a lot of tourists travel on. It did get a little noisy over the weekends.
A nice cozy cabin with a cute theme. The kitchen is pretty limited and the pans and utensils are pretty basic, but for a normal family vacation for a limited number of people it is more than adequate. Well kept, the owners are nearby and pleasant while not being nosy. Would us again next year but the kid want a place with access to a pool.
