Beautiful first floor unit directly on the beach with Gulf views from your own private balcony. Watch the Dolphins play from your bedroom and living room. This unit is literally steps away from white sands of Redington Beach. This is a quiet and peaceful 38 unit condominium building with only monthly renters allowed. It’s away from the busier areas of Madiera Beach and John’s Pass but close enough to be convenient. Relax, soak up the sun, watch incredible sunsets, walk the beach for shells and play in the warm surf of the Gulf.

This is the ideal vacation spot on the west coast of Forida. It is close to big city culture and attractions such as the Salvator Dali Museum, Down Town St Petersburg, Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Lightning NHL Hockey, Buccaneer NFL Football, Rays MLB Baseball. Orlando, Florida with Disney World, Universal Studios and Lego Land is just 90 minutes away on I-4. Redington Beach is minutes away from John's Pass, known for its boardwalk shops, restaurants and boat, Jet Ski, bike, and scooter rentals. If Fishing is your angle, there are Deep sea and charter fishing excursions everyday or fish from the public piers or surf cast.

Artfully decorated the condo has master bedroom with a king size bed and private master suite bathroom. A second bedroom is accommodated with two twin beds. The Kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. The dinning room is set for four but will expand. The living room has comfortable seating in front of an entertainment center with a 42 inch flat screen TV, free basic cable and WiFi. Yes both bedrooms have TV’s as well.

There is really no need to bring anything besides your flip flops and bathing suit.

No Pets, No Smoking in unit.

Felt like Home.

It was great to be back to this condo again. Its so inviting and peaceful there. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. The owners are fantastic and have always treated us like family. Thank you very much for being so accommodating to us this year. We were so happy to have finally gotten there.

We were so relaxed. We will see you in 2017.

Beautiful & peaceful

The property was perfectly as described. Absolutely loved not only the spacious condo but the direct access to the beach. For a beach lover this is ideal. From the door to the beach takes a couple minutes at the most. The convenience is enhanced as the owners have beach items and the condo has a restroom by the pool. The condo is comfortable, cozy and well equipped. The master bedroom and accompanying bathroom offers additional privacy while patio doors let the sounds of waves in at night and morning; We have beautiful pictures of sunset and dock from the patio. The middle of the condo is open and displays beautiful flowers. It is a quiet, more private vacation spot which we loved. It is located close enough to stores and restaurants and John's Pass is a nice place to visit. It's the best of both worlds - when you are on the beach side we were oblivious to anything else but yet if we wanted to go out an entire nightlife was available. The owners, Michele and Steve, are kind, tremendous people. We would return without any hesitation and recommend wholeheartedly.

An absolute great condo!

Beach/gulf is just steps away; location central to shops, restaurants, anything you would choose to do at the beach. Easy access to Beach Trolley. Condo spacious, clean, neatly furnished. Owners a pleasure to deal with -- gracious & know the area very well. We would definitely recommend this property!!

Good location and loved the condo,

The condo was exactly as described. It was very spacious and I loved the

master bedroom with the large closet and ensuite.bathroom. It was very convenient. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.The condo is clean and inviting.

We enjoyed the balcony for our breakfast and the view of the gulf was wonderful to see. Just steps to the beach. The condo is walking distance to a few restaurants and activities. We had a rental so we drove to our favorite places.

The owners Steve and Michele were great to talk with and very accommodating to our needs. I would recommend this condo. We will be back next year.

Great Location

Watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony and walk for miles on the beach which is just steps away. Shops, restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance. This condo has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and the owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would definitely rent this condo again.
