This Oceanfront Condo in the Admiralty House at 140 Seaview Court recently finished a complete remodel !!

The beach is only a few steps away while the views of the famous Marco Island sunset and beach can be seen from your own personal veranda. You will not believe the quality and workmanship in this newly renovated 2nd floor 2bd condo. When you stay here you will have all the amenties of home and more.

Kitchen

Kitchen includes custom quality maple cabinetry. This kitchen is outfitted with all of amenities you would expect in a high end home but now can be found in this very affordable vacation rental. Amenities include dovetail soft closing drawers that are all solid wood - no particle board. The cabinet itself is finished inside and out and again is made with solid Maple and solid maple plywood. At first sight you will notice the quality of this kitchen. The countertops are all Granite while there is a glass style backsplash that complements the granite and cabinets perfectly . In addition you will find over the counter LED lighting while your overhead light is also lit by LED light sources.

Appliances are high end stainless steel . They include a Top end Kenmore stainless steel dishwasher Samsung smooth top convection stove along with an accompanying Samsung 1.6Cuft Microwave, Kenmore bottom drawer refridgerator /freezer Everything in this kitchen is new all the way down to the anodized pots and pans. Other amenities in this kitchen include a brand new Keurig k250 and a Frigidaire stainless steel coffee maker to give you choices , Frigidaire toaster, Cuisnart blender and food processor, ,Kitchen Aid heavy duty mixer , garbage disposal and pullout Moen stainless steel goose neck faucet.

The dinning area is made up of a seagrass /glass table with 6 new seagrass chairs

Family Room

The first thing you will notice is the beautiful new hand-scraped hickory hardwood floors that span the entire living/dinning area. The living area consists of a brand new leather couch with a pull out bed. It also includes weathered /distressed tables , 2 seagrass chairs and is topped off with a hand looped rug which nicely ties all the decor together. The entertainment portion of this condo again will not be found in this price range . It includes a 42' LG LED HD TV. For the music lovers you will find a Bose 3-2-1 System . The sound and picture quality is unbelievable. To top off this great entertainment package one will find a a ROKU 2 unit ( Media Streaming) which allows you to watch movies from a variety of sources ( Red Box,Netflix, M-GO etc) or listen to your own style of music on Pandora/Iheart Radio , a Bluetooth connection for Android/Iphone and a . New Fiber Optic WIFI which is also included as part of the overall entertainment package

Bathroom

Both bathrooms have been transformed and include high end cabinetry and matching mirrors. The faucet is a stainless steel wide spread made by Kohler . The flooring in both are brand new tile which match the overall decor. Included is a brand new Kohler showerhead which you can stream music from your iphone or ipad directly to the shower head. Enjoy those long showers wihile listening to your favorite music

Master Bedroom

Tommy Bahama Tropical bedroom( furniture and bed linens) is what you will find in this master bedroom. Includes a queen size bed, 2 night stand and a large dresser/armoire with matching bedding . For your sleeping comfort you will find a brand new Select Comfort P5 mattress. If you have never tried one you do not know what you are missing. Both you and your partner can contol the comfort ( hard or soft) for your side of the bed with your own personalized controller . To top it off you have your own 32' LG LED HDTV with Apple TV which is mounted on the wall. There is a large custom closet with wood shelving to store additional clothing .

Guest Bedroom

This is my favorite room . It is a Bob Timberlake Salt aire collection. This is a rustic beach house theme and is decorated in blues beige and greeens . Everything is coordinated and complement each other perfectly . For your comfort you will be sleeping in your own Select comfort ( Sleep Number )queen size bed. You and your partner can select your own number whether you like it firm while your partner likes it soft , each can have it their own way with a Select comfort bed. Again like the master bedroom you have a 24 inch LG LED TV with Amazon Fire TV mounted on the wall and a very large wood shelved custom closet .

Other Sleeping accommodations

Do you have your family visiting and need another bed , well we have thought of that also . We have provided a twin and queen size aero-beds .

Beach Equipment

4 Nautica beach sand chairs ,4 highboy chairs to give you plenty of flexibility and comfort. A Nautica beach umbrella, 3 soft sided coolers, a Bluetooth Speaker and plenty of beach towels all available for your use.

Balconies

Front - Consist of 4 Bar height outdoor wicker chairs and table . Enjoy dinner watching the sunset. If you have not experienced a spectacular Marco Sunset you do not know what you are missing.

Rear- Consist of 2 outdoor wicker chairs and side table outside of each bedroom.

Other Amenities

Covered designated parking in carport area ,3 Beach style cruisers -if you want to tour the island on bike , Bocce Ball set, Tennis rackets , 2 Tennis courts , Gas Grill and BBQ utensils, common area on the first floor for get-togethers or to play cards

Building and grounds superior.

Unit a bit warn. Could use new seat cushions at dining table. Brown carpeting in bedrooms very hard to keep clean. Shows lint etc. Blind in guest bedroom not functional. Kitchen excellent. Toward back of building... so lots of privacy.

Owner's Response: Everything is less than 2 years old. See all other reviews. I was more than accomodating to include allowing her to hire her own cleaning service which was to happen upon departure but unfortunately it was left in unacceptable condition so had to keep a portion of the deposit as I had to hire my own service to clean anyways . No good deed goes unpunished as my flexibility worked against me and my punishment was this totally unacceptable review . This is the first time I allowed it and I ended up having to pay $150 anyways . in fact to put it into perspective below is her email on her arrival so you judge for self Hi... after flight cancellations.....  changing airports etc.   we have arrived.   Everything is even nicer than the pictures.   Very tastefully appointed.   Glad you have an iron... because   I love wearing linen.   We were wondering   if it would be possible to put a small " grab"  bar in the shower area.  The walls are all quite smooth and there is nothing on the walls.   Thanks for leaving some necessities.  Amazing... that sometimes there is nothing.... not even toilet tissue.   I know we will be very happy hear.  Friends even put a welcome back sign on the door.    Pat H. I pride myself in the amenities and the condition of my condo so do not let this review get in the way of your decision . This is my punishment . I treat people the way I would want to be treated . In this case I was getting taken advantage of so I decided to keep what I was entitled to ....the cleaning expense . All of this was clear in the contract . In fact the back room blind did not work as she broke 4 vanes which she makes no mention of so it was operator error which caused the whole unit not to work. I refunded her deposit less cleaning before learning of the damage created by the renter so my expense was greater than what I refunded . It has since been repaired so no issues.

Marco Island Condo

This well-appointed condominium is exactly as described and has lovely beach views. It is located in the well maintained Admiralty House complex at the north end of Marco Beach. The owner was extremely helpful in responding to any queries we had and has provided everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. Marco Island is a quiet community but there are grocery stores, restaurants, and shops a short drive (or bike ride) away. We enjoyed our visit and hope to rent this lovely condo again next year.

Great Rental with Awesome Views

My husband, father in law and I spent a restful vacation at this Condo in the Admiralty House. The condo had everything you could ever need, and then some. Tastefully decorated to give a beachy feel without being overdone. There are even beach chairs and bikes for your use. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very modern. The sound/audio system was very advanced!! Great for you "techies", but a little intimidating to us non-technical seniors. Thanks to Bob for taking our calls/emails/texts to get us "cable ready". The Admiralty House is beautiful, clean and secure. Because it is a condo with Owners who are predominately older, it is quiet. It is a little over the top with rules and regulations, but as seniors ourselves, we appreciate the fact that this keeps the common areas clean and safe, and the pool area free of trash, loud noises and a great place to relax. Bob was great to work with. He is very responsive and does everything he can to make sure you are comfortable and have a wonderful vacation. We hope to be able to come back to this condo again.

The Admiralty on Marco Island

This was our first stay at the Admiralty, which is on the north end of Marco Island. It is a large 18 floor complex; older but well maintained. Our 900sf two bedroom is an updated unit on the 2fl; with a beautiful northern view of the beach and sunset. The condo condition was superb with every imaginable detail and amenity available to renters. Bob, the owner could not have been more pleasant and responsive to any/all queries or issues. His Immediate response to the most minor question took away any "renter" stress and he made us feel totally welcome to his bit of "paradise"! We are returning next year.

Absolutely Perfect!

What can I say.....the condo was exactly as described. The pictures do not do it justice. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and Bob has thought of everything you may ever need. Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of linens, and beach chairs for everyone! Bob was fantastic to work with; super quick on his responses throughout the entire process. Direct gulf front views, incredible sunsets and beautiful landscaped grounds with lots of palm trees give this location a superior tropical ambiance. Coffee in the morning off the rear balcony as the sun comes up and wine in the evening off the front balcony as the sun goes down; doesn't get more perfect than that! The building itself is well kept, very clean, and quiet. The pool area was beautifully kept, never crowded or noisy and we were always able to find chairs. Using the shared BBQ's poolside was never a problem and we never had to wait more than a few minutes. Everyone does a nice job cleaning up after themselves so cooking on shared surfaces was never a concern. The island itself was a wonderful break from some of the other very crowded locations we have stayed in. Driving around the island was never an issue, and we rarely ran into much traffic at all. Shops and grocery stores were no more than a quick drive down the road one way, and the other direction had more shops and a movie theater. This condo is perfectly located on the island, central to everything. The beach was amazing, huge, and never too crowded. If you love shelling, this place is for you! We found tons; especially on our long beautiful walk down Tiger Tail Beach. We walked all the way to the tip and saw a baby dolphin playing in the shallows and it's pod not far off shore. It was such a wonderful spot and not many people. We saw a few nature photographers and a couple people but otherwise it felt like walking on a deserted island. We have stayed in many places using owner rentals; The Keys, Anna Maria, Madeira Beach, Indian Shores, to name a few. This condo tops the list as one of our favorites and we hope to return someday!
