Sweet peaceful escape from the valley heat.
The cabin was nicely secluded, while still being near neighbors. Both bedrooms are spacious and well furnished. The kitchen had everything we could need for our short stay. We loved the large sectional in the living area and all of the furniture on the wrap around porch. We enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the wind blow through the trees. We spent one entire day antiquing in Payson and Pine. It was a great thing to do since many trails were closed during the high burn warning. We have already recommended this property to friends and family, and we hope to be back to visit during another season!
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave this thoughtful review. So glad you could enjoy the cabin as we do and definitely come stay again anytime you like! Don
Wonderful cabin with all the needed amenities and atmosphere
We spent three days in June at the cabin. Wonderful experience, plenty of wildlife. We had elk in the yard each morning. Small backyard for dogs to enjoy. Temperatures were around 60 in the mornings and high eighties during they day. Cabin had all the needed amenities from the kitchen to living and bedroom spaces. Pine is a cute little town to explore as well.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate it. Glad you enjoyed the stay and our amazing little town. Come back anytime!
The property was very nice

Wonderful Stay! Felt like home!
First, let us say that Don is an absolute pleasure to work with. He made our first rental of a property both easy and assuring. All of the reviews on this site are spot-on.
Myself, my husband, his mom and dad spent 2 nights/3days in Pine at No Worries... We were thrilled. The only bad thing was that we didn't stay an extra night. The local restaurants and antique shops were awesome - don't miss the deli! Be sure to visit the Natural Bridge Park - it's beautiful (the drive down to the park is a steep thrill ride)! The gift shop there has several hummingbird feeders that were literally abuzz with birds. We went fishing at a community lake nearby and caught a couple of trout.
As for the cabin and property, there was everything you could need. Unfortunately, due to level 2 fire warnings, we were unable to use the grill, firepit or fireplace, but we look forward to using them on a future visit (there was a raging forest fire going on 30 miles north when we stayed). The pines in the backyard... I know where the term "whispering pines" comes from. Sitting on the back porch, day or night, just watching the trees sway and wind humming through the branches was so relaxing - especially at night staring at the stars (many more than we see here in Detroit because of light pollution). The interior is fantastic and CLEAN as a whistle. Beds are comfy, lots of extra linens, pillows, etc. The kitchen is stocked with every pot, pan and utensil you could possibly need but, we ate out the entire time. There was coffee and such in the cupboard. The living room couch is huge and comfy. The fireplace is huge as well. The bathrooms are just what you need. It was cool at night and the heat worked wonderfully.
Special notes - not negatives, just observations: As someone mentioned in another review, there is a long, steep row of stairs that runs from the driveway down to the cabin - it wasn't an issue for us, but might give some people pause/difficulty. That said, it is a cabin in the woods/mountains, so expect mountain-grade issues. The cabin is somewhat easy to find - during the day, but pay attention at night, cuz it is dark and road signs are a wee bit hard to see. Our GPS was pretty good, but the streets are short and easy to miss. The location of the key is a touch awkward (which is the idea - you wouldn't think to look there), be prepared to get down on a knee. ;-)
We've run out of characters! So, HIGHLY recommend this cabin! Thanks! Todd, Tom, Jacque and Sam
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We are always happy to share the cabin with families who can enjoy the place and the time together as we do. Also so glad to hear that you loved our little town, it really is a wonderful getaway. Enjoyed having you all day and definitely come back anytime! Don
Clean and well situated. Very pet friendly. I would use again. Nice upgrade would be a gas grill.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and definitely welcome back anytime. Understand on the need for a gas grill rather than charcoal with all the recent fire restrictions and we will work on it. In the past it has been challenging to keep the propane always filled for renters so providing charcoal was a better bet. However, we are thinking about going back to a gas grill so hopefully would have before you stay again in the future. :)
The place very clean, instruction great, due to the weather we stayed inside. I would definitely request another stay in future.
Thanks for staying and thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Really happy you enjoyed your stay and definitely come back again soon. Don
