We operate 3 other condos in MB with elevators but none are pet friendly.

The Good…-Large and roomie condo. -Very clear check-in process. -Pet friendly.
The bad…-In direct flight path of the airport, loud! -A lot of dust under furniture -Must use two remotes to use TVs-Not oceanfront/RV park and resort blocks views.-Very stringent and unsettling tenant cleaning rules, plus large cleaning fee. Ask for rules before booking! -DO NOT count on using the small loft bedroom. You must enter and exit the room from/onto the stairs very near the top. Definitely not for children
The ugly…-The fans appear to have never been cleaned/dusted. We texted Joseph immediately about the fans and the extraordinary amount of dust under and behind the bed, which we turned to keep from hitting our head on the angled ceiling. He did apologize and said, “Oh, we were there this morning, we should have taken care of it.” But, never a mention of doing so. We tried to vacuum the fan that is mounted on the wall in the downstairs bedroom, but it was a lost cause. Don’t look behind or under anything, as the dust may scare you! -The shower curtain liner was orange and black with mildew. -The wireless connection did not work during our entire week there. Informed Joseph, but he did nothing. Fortunately, we were able to use our personal TWC internet connection. -The A/C stopped working the day before our departure. Although we text Joseph immediately, he did not respond. We turned it off for a few hours and then turned it back on and it started working again. It was likely froze up since it started working after being off for a while. We did NOT leave the sliding doors open during our stay, as that was mentioned in the rules as a probable cause for the A/C freezing up. In hindsight, it seems likely that is a common occurrence, but is blamed on the tenants.-Joseph also kept part of our deposit and accused us of intentionally leaving the upstairs toilet clogged with toilet paper and feces. He said we left a “prize” for them upstairs, and that when they flushed the toilet, it overflowed. Yet, he could not provide any photos. It’s not logical nor a good argument to accuse us of committing such an intentionally act when he had a large deposit to withhold. Joseph also said that he was in Myrtle Beach to witness it. If he were in the area both prior to and after our stay, why didn’t he come fix the things we reported? In my opinion, Joseph is very deceptive.
I’m certain that Joseph will contradict part or all of this review with more of his lies. Take a chance if
It was our second year at the condo. This time we rented all of the owner's properties for our needs since we were all of the family together. Last year, we only occupied one unit, this time it was the three. All of them are nice, spacious and clean. Furthermore, when there was a problem, we communicated with the owner and the response time was super fast.
We had a great time over at this place. The unit is conveniently located and you can find all the services around it. Whether it's for the groceries or for shopping.
We were there with all of our kids (4), and there was place for everyone in our unit. The proximity to the beach is probably the best feature as well as the pool for the kids.

FIVE STARS May 21 - 25, 2015. We normally vacation in an RV but decided to try something different. Found the website and sent the inquiry about this property. Mr. Fiero responded immediately and provided all of the details. Payment was very easy to handle. Once we opened the door, we were truly pleased with our decision. And when he says it's fully furnished, he means it. The only thing you need to bring is food and you really don't need to do that as the Food Lion is right around the corner. We even got the opportunity to meet Mr. and Mrs. Fiero and Rocky Rockstar. WONDERUL COUPLE!!! We truly felt as if we were at home!
The condo was clean and very nice. It is just steps from the beach. Our grandson enjoyed the small little bedroom he had to himself. We enjoyed sitting on the deck (ocean side) and swimming in the outdoor pool. The condo is located in a quiet area with no noisy traffic. We have vacationed for many years in Myrtle Beach and I highly recommend this condo.
Thank you so very much for sharing your beach house. It was an amazing stay. The condo was spotless, very well kept and perfect for our family. We loved the huge bathroom downstairs with the double sinks and the granite counter tops. The kitchen was clean, well cared for and we loved the cabinets. All the household items were there that we needed. The beds were comfy, we all slept like babies. the place had so much room, we didn't even use the upstairs extra bedroom or the bathroom. Our children ages 3 and 4, loved the upstairs area. The pool was very clean and never busy. Most people we seen down there was 6 and that only happened once. most of the time it was just us. The beach was not over crowded. With the state park being next door, we had plenty of room to ourselves. The overall condition of the building was in really good shape. We are pleased to announce we found our hidden gem, that is tucked away from all the craziness of summer months of myrtle beach. Can't wait to come back. No complaints here!
We had a great week at this condo! It is located in the perfect location with easy access to all parts of Myrtle Beach. The condo was very clean with plenty of extras to make our stay comfortable. We had more than enough room for our stay with room to spare. The only negative is the stairs but at least you work off all of that fried seafood! The owner was very easy to get in touch with and was even helpful in making accommodations for a last minute reservation! We will definitely stay again!
