About Kim Bantle

We live in Los Angeles but love the mountains and the change of scenery. We purchased this property as a 2nd home/rental property and because we want our children to experience the mountains, skiing and lakes. We hope to retire in Park City someday so we renovated our house and furnished it for us to live in, not as a rental. It is unique in that respect. Very personal and warm.

Why Kim Bantle chose Park City area

We originally looked in Deer Valley but love Old Town and wanted our children to have some freedom. While we all enjoy skiing, our favorite thing to do is to walk to Main Street for dinner. Especially in the snow! (And, it's so nice to avoid the hassle of finding a parking spot and watching what we drink :)).

What makes this house unique

Great restaurants, fun outdoor activities, beautiful year round. We enjoy Park City as much in the other seasons as we do in the winter. We white water raft in the spring and water ski, golf, hike and bike in the summer. We like to ski but also enjoy other winter sports and Park City has it all. The restaurants and nightlife are much more fun than we anticipated!

Great Park City Rental!

I couldn't have had a better stay in Park City! The house was perfect in every way and the location of the house is prime. Main street is a block away which is where you'll find all the shops and restaurants. There is also a ski lift 5 minutes from the house which we loved using!! Walking up to the ski-lift and being on the mountain in less than 10 minutes was so ideal and something I've never experienced. After a long day of being on the mountain we enjoyed the convenience of being able to grab a quick drink and a bite to eat on Main Street and then we headed back to the house and jumped right into the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent a wonderful week in this house. The owners were awesome to work with and the house had every amenity. Great location to the town for those who may not like to ski. The house was large and comfortable for the seven of us. Looking forward to returning.

Best Location // Cozy Home

Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting Park City. Main Street is only a block away a long with the Town Lift. The townhouse is cozy, well decorated and perfect for a large family or group of friends visiting. It also has an awesome hot tub for after skiing all day!

Wonderful place in Park City

I stayed here with some girlfriends for a weekend and it was perfect! Very warm and cozy but also plenty of space for all of us. Access to downtown and ski resort is excellent. I would highly recommend this lovely home!

Great Spot just Off the Trail

The house was well-equipped and clean. We found plenty of space for our group to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Quick walk to the Town Lift and Main St. The private hot tub was certainly a plus. Would definitely stay here again for another ski trip.

Family wedding weekend

I rented this townhouse for family members in for my daughter's wedding. They loved the location -- easy walk into town/Main Street. The three en suite bathrooms and extra half bath were ideal for all the females getting ready! It was clean and well stocked with paper goods so no need to rush to market for toilet paper. They really liked the various living/gathering spaces so plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely rent again.
