About Kim Bantle

We live in Los Angeles but love the mountains and the change of scenery. We purchased this property as a 2nd home/rental property and because we want our children to experience the mountains, skiing and lakes. We hope to retire in Park City someday so we renovated our house and furnished it for us to live in, not as a rental. It is unique in that respect. Very personal and warm.

Kim Bantle purchased this townhome in 2002

Why Kim Bantle chose Park City area

We originally looked in Deer Valley but love Old Town and wanted our children to have some freedom. While we all enjoy skiing, our favorite thing to do is to walk to Main Street for dinner. Especially in the snow! (And, it's so nice to avoid the hassle of finding a parking spot and watching what we drink :)).

What makes this townhome unique

Great restaurants, fun outdoor activities, beautiful year round. We enjoy Park City as much in the other seasons as we do in the winter. We white water raft in the spring and water ski, golf, hike and bike in the summer. We like to ski but also enjoy other winter sports and Park City has it all. The restaurants and nightlife are much more fun than we anticipated!

We spent a wonderful week in this house. The owners were awesome to work with and the house had every amenity. Great location to the town for those who may not like to ski. The house was large and comfortable for the seven of us. Looking forward to returning.

Great Long Weekend in Park City

  • 5 of 5

The location of this house was awesome - just a short walk to the shuttle that took us to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley, and a quick walk to Main Street and all of the restaurants. House was clean and well maintained - it was perfect for our extended family which included people from age 5 to 75. Owners were super helpful and very flexible. Thank you again!

We rented this home for our Adult family of 8 for a weekend get away. The location was perfect, it was a short walk to the town lifts and downtown strip. All restaurants, shops, etc were a close and it was wonderful that we did not even need a rental car. The home was well explained, clean, warm, spacious and a great layout. Owners were friendly, easy to work with and very through! Park city mountain was a bit crowded that was the only down fall. Bus system was easy to use and get around. I certainly recommend this home without reserve!

Totally fabulous

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here over Spring Break with 2 couples and 4 children, and had another couple come for dinner most nights. It was perfect. The house is even nicer than the pictures, there is lots of room, the internet works perfectly, the washer dryer is great (mundane, but essential for us on ski trips), the walk to the lift is incredibly short (about a block, then ski down), the bus for other resorts is say 2 blocks away - really, unbelievably nice. The owner was awesome - even called us to check on an issue (which was totally not a problem, but shows her attention and level of interest and accessibility). The teens were in the hot tub daily, and very happy, especially when it snowed. the grill was excellent. I would so recommend this property to anyone I liked, and hope to come back some day.
