Three bedroom, three bath, 5th floor, end unit with wrap around balcony directly on the Gulf. Great for families with kids, this condo is nicely furnished and decorated for your beach vacation. The balcony is accessible from living room, dining room, and master bedroom and directly overlooks the beach. Romar Place 506 has a spectacular panoramic view, especially from the 5th floor.

The Lewis Home Away From Home

We arrive a little early but the room was ready we checked in and started our vacation. The balcony view was PERFECT and the appliances is updated. I loved the indoor/outdoor pool. We only had two concerns the first and second bedroom sink the water would not go out but we managed through the stay. The second bedroom the door would not stay close unless you locked it. I would recommend this Condo rental.

Condo updated but filthy beyond imagination upon arrival.

The condo updates in the kitchen and living room were nice but the condo was filthy upon our arrival at 9 pm. One bedroom had vomit splattered on the bed skirt, floor, furniture, walls and doors. All floors were nasty. Comforters and blankets were stained and/or dirty. Complaints to mgmt company were no help - couldn't come to clean til next morning. After trip to Wal Mart at 10 pm to buy clean bed skirt, set of sheets, blanket, mop, Clorox, Lysol wipes, etc and 3 hours of mopping, wiping down walls, doors in the entire condo, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchen garbage can, washing sheets on the other 2 beds and remaking all beds, we were able to start our vacation. Sugar Sands Realty, while they deducted the cleaning fee, couldn't/wouldn't refund our first night because we booked thru VRBO. NEVER AGAIN! Not a good way to start a vacation. But with our good Lord watching over us and blessing us with beautiful sunny weather we had a great family vacation.
