A fully renovated, single family home in short walking distance from Union Square and All San Francisco attractions.
We’re not talking a short drive from all that San Francisco has to offer; we’re talking a short walk! Just a couple of blocks from Union Square and around the corner from the beautiful Clift Hotel, this is practically the only single family home in the neighborhood. A 15 minute stroll to Moscone Center.
What’s more: It’s undergone a recent (2011!) renovation to provide the most stylish, up-to-date accommodations available. With Restoration Hardware colors and brand new beds including a Cal king, queen, two twins and two cots (available upon request) and a tub for soaking away those city days, up to 8 people can call this their comfy sanctuary.
Enjoy staying in and cooking from the local farmers market while watching a movie on one of two brand new flat screens, or take it out on the streets to the innumerable and diverse array of goings-ons for diners and doers - literally just steps from you.
From the MOMA to the Metreon to the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and the theatre district and China Town, with shopping and art galleries abounding, yoga studios, spas and gyms - everything you could imagine is at your fingertips. Take a stroll to the Cable Cars running to Telegraph Hill, Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. Don’t feel like walking a block? The highly-acclaimed Millenium restaurant is ten steps away, and if that’s too far, the new Jones Restaurant and Bar is only seven. And the Redwood Room for those times you just need a cocktail in some swanky lighting.
For you business folks, enjoy close proximity to the Moscone Convention Center and the Financial Distict.
The remodeled kitchen with newly-tiled travertine floors and granite countertops comes fully equipped for gourmet cooking and includes a range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and an outdoor seating area with a barbecue. Enjoy the comforts of a washer/dryer, wireless internet, cable TV, DVD/CD player, hairdryer, and iron/board – everything brand new.

The only single family home left so close to Union Square.
Home away from home for all guests.
Highly recommend you stay at this house when in San Francisco. It's one of the few houses in the area. Walking distance to Union Square and Westfield shops where Cable Car spins around. So much better than booking 2 rooms at the Hilton or Nikko and about 3 times more space. Owner was great to deal with. Garage not available so secure parking provided for our minivan 30 seconds away. The beds are better than hotel quality and nice fluffy bath towels.
The house was very San Francisco. It had plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a living room, dining room and kitchen. And very squeaky floors! The kitchen was modern and stocked with some necessities; coffee filters, salt and pepper etc. It was clean and comfortable. It worked well for my family of 6 to use as a base for all our vacation activities. The only downside was that the house is right on the street that has a very active fire station. Fire Trucks went past the place with lights and sirens blaring at least 20 times a day. No joke!! All hours of the day and night. The front bedroom and living room was most affected.
Overall it worked well for us, but it was very noisy. Ear plugs are recommended.
The place is centrally located in San Francisco - on the edge of some of the less upmarket areas but close to the Clift Hotel and Union Square. The only small quibble is that the Wifi, while great in the living room, doesn't quite reach throughout the house. But will definitely aim to stay here again on future visits to SF.
We rented this property for a long stay in SF for a conference. Great location and very convenient. We were within walking distance to Moscone and just a hope away from all the sightseeing. Definitely recommend this property if you are in town with a group.
I rented this house in early April, 2016. Our son was going to be married at the beautiful San Francisco City Hall and I needed to find a house for 6 of us, 2 of whom are 90 years old. We stayed for 4 days in this beautifully furnished house. upon entering the house from the street, you climb about 6 interior stairs. All of the rooms are on a single level which really helped in the care of my parents. Every room was beautifully furnished and all amenities were provided. We were able to fix and eat breakfast every morning without leaving the house. It was very relaxing and gave us all time to talk and get ready for our busy days. We took cabs everywhere we went, but could have walked as most places were fairly close to the house.
We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house while staying in San Francisco.
The home was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our stay in San Francisco, more space than I expected and immaculately clean. The proximity to Moscone Center was good and we couldn't have asked for much else.
