Local activities include walking and cycling along the canal, canoeing on the River Aude, wine tasting and exploring the local markets.

Warm and welcoming, from the moment you enter. The spacious heart of the property is dedicated to dining and relaxation.

An inimitable dining area has a Massif oak dining table capable of seating 14 people, a backdrop of twin wine ventilation wall slits, and subtle art. At either side are the fully appointed kitchen (Godin double oven range, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, large oak food preparation table) and comfortable lounge (leather sofa, LCD satellite TV, DVD, receiver, sound system).

Glazed doors lead to the outside patio, gardens, and pool. The utility room has a washing machine, and dryer, as well as an extra fridge, first aid, CPR and burn kits. Full central heating ensures comfort for low season visits and cool evenings.

Each of the 5 luxurious bedrooms have unique character and premium fittings. Locally crafted Massif oak and pine furniture, characterful art, comfortable beds and premium quality linens and towels, compliment each room’s personality.
