About the property

Condo, 2 Bedrooms,2 Baths facing Mt. Royal

Our unit is located on Quiet End of Main Street in beautiful Frisco, Colorado. This fully-equipped and completely remodeled unit has skylights, a dry stack stone, floor to ceiling hearth with new gas fireplace, a private deck facing Mount Royal and the bike/hike/snowshoe path that goes throughout Summit County. A free shuttle stops right outside your door to take you to all of the nearby towns and ski areas.

Stroll down Main Street and you will find many wonderful restaurants and great little shops as you walk your way up to the the south end of town and the Lake Dillon Marina. The marina rents all sorts of kayaks, sailboats, and canoes. Right behind and north of our unit are the trailheads for some great hikes. We leave our 'hike book' out for all of our renters to enjoy and add to!

Break away from the over-crowded resort towns, and enjoy a real vacation in Frisco! We are sure you will find, as we have, this is the best little town in Colorado.

The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king and the second bedroom has a queen and a double bed.

About Jill or Steve

Ski and Mountian lovers who live in Pittsburgh when they cannot be in Colorado!

Jill or Steve purchased this condo in 2003

Why Jill or Steve chose Summit County Colorado

Frisco is the absolute most Wonderful little town in Colordo and Copper is the best ski Mountain around (but don't tell anyone!). You will be in the center of it all within 20 miles of 5 world -class resorts.

What makes this condo unique

Great Restaurants in Frisco, Copper has the best skiing and good après skiing, the bus service is right out our door, trails are awesome, and the crowds are much lighter than Breck, Vail or Keystone.

I love this place!!!!

Quiet and plenty of space

  • 5 of 5

We were quite happy with the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. Garage parking was a plus. The stairs weren't a problem at all since we fully expected it and we were there to exercise and go skiing. Nice place good value

Two Weeks at Woodbridge

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient to shopping, hiking and skiing. If you are not use to high elevation, the stairs can be a challenge but doable. Snowshoes were a wonderful plus. Loved walking to the Tavern West for food and adult beverages. Make sure to take time to see the Frisco museum and Gather House, and watch John's glass blowing demo. We highly recommend this condo at Woodbridge. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything. The view is awesome. Location is perfect. Very quiet. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating is that there were only 3 way over used towels in the master and 4 over used towels for our guest. With use of the spa, hot tub and showers, we were washing towels every other day in the coin laundry. Our guest reported that one of the mattresses in guest room severely needs to be replaced. But overall, this is a good place to stay.

Great place. Great Location.

  • 5 of 5

We very much enjoyed our stay here while skiing a few of the nearby mountains. This place is conveniently located to get to a number of mountains - particularly Copper, which has a shuttle stop just across the street. The unit itself was very comfortable and had a kitchen with all the pots and pans we needed to cook a couple meals.

Mostly charming

  • 3 of 5

This property is just good. Not great.

Pros: It looks exactly like the picture. It is very close to the highway and easy to get into and out of. It was clean. Everything works well. The clubhouse was easy to get to. If you are using the hot tub go in the daylight hours as there are NO LIGHTS over the hot tub itself.

Cons: We were supposed to be given a code to get into the unit. We NEVER received a code either via email or via text. So we waited around for an extra 45 minutes and then dug up the paperwork and tried the only code they had listed there. Thank G-d it worked. Otherwise not sure what we would've done. We were also supposed to supply our own toilet paper, paper towels and soap. I think this should always be included in the price of the rental. And there wasn't any Kleenex AT ALL in the whole unit (we weren't told to bring that up). It's winter and it's cold! There also wasn't any dishwasher soap so we had to hand wash all of the dishes. When I sent the owner an email while we up there, they NEVER responded back. That's too bad. What if we had a real emergency with the place? So for all of the above reasons it was just a fair experience. Probably won't stay there again.

Owner's Response: The hot tub has colored lights in it, and the room is lighted. I personally prefer not to have a spotlight over my hot tub. As the renter admits, they did have the access codes that we sent them. Not sure it is our fault that they stood at door for 45 minutes, since we had, in fact sent the correct door information prior to their stay at least twice. The code was sent via email (email subject: access information for your rental of Woodbridge..) upon payment and resent one week before the rental. We did get several emails from them during their stay and I did respond to all questions. There was one email I did not know I was supposed to reply to, it was a comment about the lack of dishwasher detergent.. We had a real lot of questions and many emailed requests from this renter. I did respond as fast I could, it often required research. We will continue to send renters the access information upon payment and one week before rental. We generally have really good cleaning and leave all of the normal supplies, but we do recommend people bring a little of everything they use, just in case. This particular Renter requested and was allowed to go in 3 hours early. ( So cleaning staff may have had to rush for their sake.) We always allow the cleaning people the allotted time, and have always found it clean and found the supplies in good shape. I will however make sure my staff is aware of the issue woth Kleenex an Dishwash detergent.

Ski vacation

  • 4 of 5

The property was an excellent size for two couples and the common space was a great area for everyone to hang out in. We had a great experience overall, but we did feel as though the linens in the beds needed updating. Also, the hot tub in the clubhouse is dark and cramped.

We really appreciated how close the unit was to all the mountains we wanted to go to.
