Downtown Prescott Cottage
The cottage and visit were extremely pleasant. The cottage was well furnished and had everything you could need. More important it was clean and well maintained. Also good instructions for all devices we used ( TV,Coffee maker, and air conditioner). Can't go wrong with this place!
Adorable house. Immaculate. Nice people to deal with.
Really enjoyed the stay
Everything was exactly as advertised. Very nice cottage and well maintained. Had all the comforts we needed.
Thanks Doug, I'm glad you were able to make it and that things worked out well. Would love to have you back any time.
Quaint, Cozy, Convenient
This property is exactly as advertised. The décor makes the cottage very "homey". It is clean and comfortable. My husband and I spent the month of January here, and it was convenient for us whether it was a walk down to the Courthouse area or a day trip to see nearby attractions. Karen was wonderful, responding quickly to our every question and situation. I would certainly recommend it.
Thank you so much for your nice review. I hope you will come back again soon to visit us!
Great house in a great area!!
Absolutely a five star house. It's a short walk to Whiskey Row in a great neighborhood. We can't wait to go back.
Clean, comfortable and cozy
A lovely little house that has a great location. It was an easy walk into town and all the shops. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet. The only "complaint" I can think of was the 2 hours of landscaping work done one day. I understand it's hard to schedule them for only when the house is unoccupied, but I was here to write and the noise of the leaf blowers was deafening. But otherwise, perfect!
Prescott is surrounded by National Forest with several great lakes, and many parks and hiking trails. It is a historic town with lots of old west history - old bars and restaurants, Victorian Homes and charm galore. Many fun events happen throughout the year, including arts and crafts fairs, the world's oldest rodeo (4th of July week), Christmas celebrations, and much more. We are also a short drive (about 2 hours) to the Grand Canyon, 1 1/2 hours to Sedona, 45 minutes to Jerome.
