Renovated and upscale, well-maintained, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms plus enclosed outdoor shower, on two levels, 10 minute walk from ferry, ceiling fans and TVs throughout every room in house, great views of Great South Bay and Lighthouse. Two bedrooms have full size beds and three bedrooms have two twin beds. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Sorry, not available to groups under 25 years of age or to all-male groups of any age.

NO SMOKING house. A high fee will be charged if there is any smoking of any kind of tobacco.

$5,800.00 per week for weeks in July and August of 2017.

Reduced in May and June, also starting early September, even lower in later fall/winter.

Call about a possible 10% discount on some rents shown above.

No groups involving more than 14 people total, please, including no groups under 25 years old, and no all-male groups of any age, please.

Survived Hurricane Sandy without serious damage except to trees in front yard.

5 minute walk to beach, 1 minute bike ride.

Weekends will be rented only when the midweek after the weekend is rented.

About Joe Beck

Completely renovated 2008. I lived just north of Fire Island and went to high school there. I fist went to Fire Island as a child with my family many years ago. We rode the Fire Island Queen, which has long-since been retired. I returned to Kismet in the 1980's as an adult and fell in love with Fire Island again.

Beautiful House!!! Amazing view!!!

We loved everything about it. The house has 5 lovely bedrooms. Upstairs is a very spacious, open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room. Everything was top of the line. We enjoyed every minute!! Short walk to beach and amazing sunsets!!

Great Beach house! awesome amenities, great location

I have been coming to Kismet for many years and have never stayed in a house that was as comfortable as this one. Open floor plan living area with beautifully renovated kitchen, central AC, 5 bedrooms tastefully decorated and comfortable. Joe the owner of the house is a very nice guy, the house is well maintained and everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation is available. Great way to enjoy the beach and not miss out on the modern comforts of home.
