About Jeff Leeds or Scott Leeds
The Grizzly brothers are experienced at putting together great accommodations for both short and long term rentals. We wish we could use our wonderful home in Pine Mountain Lake all the time, but time and distance do not allow that. This is why we can offer to you for your family and friends, come stay with us. We've furnished it for ourselves as you will experience.

Why Jeff Leeds or Scott Leeds chose Groveland
This property has all the modern conveniences but also gives you a great feeling of being in the great outdoors. Enjoy high-speed internet and HD television or shut everything down and just sit on the large deck and have a picnic or BBQ with the brand new Weber Genesis Gas unit (gas is included). The property also has modern central air conditioning and heating and lots of tools in the kitchen to let you avoid the restaurant bills every night.
What makes this Cabin unique
The property is located only 2 miles from the main gate of Pine Mountain Lake and is an easy walk to the main harbor of Pine Mountain Lake. The property is perfect location for all the activities you may want to experience, whether it is boating, fishing or swimming on Pine Mountain Lake, playing 18 holes on a Championship Golf Course or driving the short trip up to Yosemite. Other nearby attractions include, river rafting on Tuolumne River, Lake Don Pedro, Hetch Hetchy Reservoir, the historic areas of Sonora and Jamestown, Mercer Caverns, and Columbia State Park. For your winter enjoyment, we're located near some great ski areas; including Badger Pass, Dodge Ridge, and Bear Valley. There is a fantastic picturesque outdoor ice-skating arena in Yosemite. You will love spending cozy nights by the wood burning stove after a great day on the slopes or any of the many other winter time activities.

Great for family
We had a great stay. Loved the setting.
fun in the sun
We found the cabin to suit all of our needs
The neighborhood for this cute rental was perfect! We had no issues going to the beautiful lake and everyone was friendly. We enjoyed how close it is to Yosemite especially because once through the gates you still have quite a drive to various areas. Groveland is a sweet little town although it shuts down early Mon-Wed. Owners were responsive. I suggest that you bring or purchase beach towels for the lake as you will want to enjoy that area. We had two families and everyone had enough space to rest and relax.
House is great! We loved the open floor plan for the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Three families plus granny, and we were able to be together but not right on top of each other. The lake was a big hit, and it is an easy walk, although not recommended for small children as there is no sidewalk. Kids enjoyed foosball and board games. My sister the cook was very impressed with the sharpness of the knives! Quick response from owners when we ran out of trash bags. Lovely babbling creek in the back yard, just watch out for poison oak. Owners request to limit wifi usage to 2GB/day, but it's not restricted.
We had such a wonderful time. Would DEFINITELY come back!
Despite weather, we had an incredible time!
Our family of grandparents, parents, and twenty-something year-olds (a total of 11) were together for four days in this very nice home with an absolutely beautiful surrounding! We were grateful to find a home that fit all of us and allowed our dogs. The real fireplace was a nice addition to the cold weather that we had. The heater worked perfectly and you couldn't even hear it. When we needed help with the dishwasher not working, the owners got someone out immediately. The owners responded to all of our communication very quickly, which was really nice. We found a trail nearby (one of many) that we walked for a very long time, and the beautiful forest around with the abundant flow of water is breathtaking. Crazy weather happend Memorial Day weekend with some rain and then snow which caused the main entrance into Yosemite to close that Sunday. But, we were able to enter on Monday and had an amazing, full-day, enjoying its beauty with all the greenery and water gushing everywhere. The little town is cute to walk/drive around with a small but nice grocery store. We fell in love with "Serendipity" that is a cute, little boutique store with a lot of unique items. The only criticism we have is that the extra car fees were not disclosed to us prior to reserving (and we had 4 extra cars!), but we see that was corrected.
Wonderful Cabin for our 2019 Yosemite Trip!
We truly enjoyed staying at Jeff and Scotts cabin. The cabin easily accommodated 4 small families with enough room to move around and perfect enough to enjoy time together. The upstairs bedroom/game room was a hit with the kids! Theres a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for a small or large group. The small creek behind the cabin was a plus, the sound of water and lush landscape made for a cozy retreat. We were about a little over an hour away from Yosemite Valley, which isn't bad and the beautiful scenic route made for a pleasant drive. Communication with Jeff was great. He replied quickly and was very helpful at answering questions etc... Thank You Jeff and Scott!
Thanks so much, we hope to see you again soon!!
