The apartment is a 10min walk up from the harbour in a very quiet residential location. The apartment is on the third floor of a block and therefore has fantastic views from the balcony and kitchen window over the harbour and on out to the mainland (Split).
The apartment is well presented with 2 good sized double bedrooms with plenty of storage space. A lounge, kitchen and shower room make up the rest of the accommodation sleeping ideally 2, 4 or 6 (with use of the sofa bed). There is everything you need for a comfortable stay including washing machine, TV, CD player and internet access (free).
There is local tourist information in the apartment in addition to being well located for the Atlas tour office, car, quad bike hire etc in the harbour.(Supetar) It is also very easy to access both the ferry Brac-Split in under 1 hour and the local buses. A great variety of restaurants, shops, a bank, post office, tourist information are all within easy reach.
In addition the fantastic beaches with the clear blue Adriatic sea (sunbeds, umbrellas available to hire) are just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There is aqua equipment on the beach and a variety of children's entertainment available in the summer months. It is possible to walk to a local village through a pine forest, with yet more beaches and a café on the way.
The large variety of restaurants are great to visit, one of our favourites being Punta right on the beach. We find the food very a reasonable both to eat out and to buy to cook in the apartment. There are several supermarkets available all within waling distance. There is no real need to hire a car (the buses work really well and the tours are good value) although you may want to in order to be flexible on times/distances. Brac Island is a fascinating place to visit.
Help from the local rental agent is always possible.
Starting your day sitting out on the apartment's balcony with breakfast is a real treat as is ending your day there with a glass of wine!
Nice apartment in Supetar, near center 10minutes walk, confortable for a family of 4 , clean. Form sure to suggest a journey here.
Very nice apartment and town. The best thing with Supetar is that you can easily combine beach vacation with shopping and sightseeing in Split.
Beaches on the island are significantly less crowded than on the continent. Food and wine are also better on the island.
Apartment is modern and comfortable. Distance to the beach was a bit longer than expected, mainly because on the way back you have to go up hill which can be a bit challenging in the beginning, but you get used to it and are in a better shape when the vacation is over.
