About Donna Bance

For 18 years I have managed my own rental properties in Bella Vista and in Minnesota.

My husband and I try to keep high standards of cleanliness, good repair and good service for the people who rent our townhome in Bella Vista. We will do our best so that you have the same experience in choosing our home for your vacation getaway.

Donna Bance purchased this townhome in 2002

Why Donna Bance chose Arkansas

This townhome has a great location. Just one mile from the main Highway 71,eateries and shopping, and walking distance to the community center, outdoor pools, tennis and two of the seven golf courses is what makes this location so ideal. The one level, open floor plan provides great meeting space but separates the bedrooms for privacy. Perfect!

What makes this townhome unique

The location near shopping and community activities and the one level living are two of the things we liked about this place when we purchased it.

Everything you need in a great location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed longer than most visitors and felt right at home. Everything you need and in working condition. The owner was attentive and easy to communicate with. I loved the location...easy to get to anywhere and do my daily walks on the golf course. Covered parking was a plus. Beds were very comfortable. Will be back for sure! Thanks

This property was very nice and very well supplied.

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I along with our two children and their spouses stayed here for the Thanksgiving weekend while in ARK to visit their grandparents. We found the house to be spacious and very nicely decorated. The linens were more than ample. The kitchen was so well stocked with dished that my parents could join us for the Thanksgiving dinner I cooked there. We had a delightful time and will definitely return.

Great property in quiet, beautiful neighborhood.

  • 5 of 5

This three bedroom ranch was as advertised. Clean, well-maintained and decent amenities to enjoy our weeks stay. Our group especially enjoyed the deck with the grill, Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer. The open concept living space made for a great gathering place for our group. The property is tucked into a quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes from several restaurants, grocery store and a few golf courses. Downtown Bentonville is less than 15 minutes away with great brewpubs, farm-to-table restaurants and the Crystal Bridges Art Museum. We came to ride the world class mountain bike trails in the area, and there is so much more to do in NWA. This property was great to come home to each night. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable and convenient

  • 5 of 5

Totally as advertised. Myself and two HS buddies met and enjoyed a fall golf getaway week here. Donna was helpful and likes to get to know a little about her renters. No hiding it is not an updated property, which is nice going in to an agreement! But it literally had everything we needed/wanted: comfortable sitting areas and beds, well stocked kitchen with everything working and a nice outdoor deck area with a nice gas grille! Also very convenient to the main highway, stores, nearby towns etc. I would not hesitate recommending this condo to anyone given our experience. Oh - did I mention very clean? It was that too. Not to mention the best value we could find in this beautiful area. No complaints and I would recommend this condo for anyone looking for what I've described.

Thanks Donna!!

Great location and cozy house!

  • 5 of 5

We came to Arkansas for a family reunion and have stayed in various vacation rentals through the years. This place was by far the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils and supplies.. more than we expected. Everything was in working order and was very neat and clean. We felt just like we were at home and we didn't really want to leave!

The owners were extremely easy to talk to and were very prompt in their responses to questions we had prior to arrival as well as during our stay. We plan on staying at this location for our future travels to Arkansas. This is the place to stay, so don't hesitate in contacting the owners!

Comfortable stay

  • 4 of 5

Comfortable, roomy, good services but we had a couple issues with inadequate supplies for a week's stay, no guest cards, and network password. The owners were very responsive helping to provide information we needed. The outdoor area could use some work but we loved having a car port with the hot spell and some rain. We felt the price was reasonable and would stay here again if available.

Owner's Response: Although we try to supply all the paper and soaps needed by our guests, we can't always know how much they will need. Beyond that it is the responsibility of the renter. It may have been an over site that these guests needed passes, we forgot that. We do major maintenance and cleaning each spring and fall. The guests did not cite what maintenance is needed. I suspect the decks get dirty in the Arkansas climate. We try to provide a good experience, this is the first review in over 5 years of renting this townhome that we have not received 5 stars. That these clients will rent again is a testament that we respond to any requests as quickly as possible echoes our commitment to providing a good service as quickly as we can.
