This beautiful 3 bedroom townhome has an attached two car garage, three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and small backyard with a patio table. Living room has a natural gas fireplace and 55 inch LED HD TV and Blu-ray player. Dining room has a large marble table that seats 8 people in addition to the kitchen counter that seats 3. High speed internet and Wi-Fi provided. All TVs have DirecTV.

Master Bedroom has a queen size pillow-top bed, private bathroom, iPod dock/radio, LED TV and DVD player.
Second Bedroom has a queen size pillow-top bed, walk in closet, LCD TV, DVD Player and radio.
Third Bedroom has a daybed with pullout trundle mattress (both with memory foam). The bedroom also has an LCD TV, clock radio, and a desk.
Living Room has a queen size sofa bed.

About Diana or Anica
We are a mother and daughter who have lived in Arizona since 1992. We are very familiar with the whole state and especially love the Flagstaff area.

Why Diana or Anica chose Village of Elk Run
We previously lived in this townhouse when it was first built. We love going up to visit the Flagstaff area, so decided to begin using this as our vacation home and rent it out a portion of the year as well. Because we do stay pretty often, we are always ensuring the home is kept current with everything necessary to make it feel like home and in great condition.
What makes this Townhome unique
It's fully stocked with extra linens, towels, plenty of kitchen accessories and basically everything you'll need to settle right in. We try to ensure it really has that "home" feeling with the accessories (such as a Blu-ray player, Keurig machine, etc) not always commonly found in vacation properties.

Good location - easy access to things
The house was great, it was well decorated, had all the towels, dishes, silverware and everything we needed for our stay.
We loved our stay at this townhome. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean and well equipped with Everthing you need. The master bed was very comfortable and the towels were great. We would definitely stay there again.
Home sweet home
We loved this home. This was the perfect spot as the location is close to Grand Canyon and Walnut Canyon. This home was very clean and included many extras including bathroom and kitchen essentials available for us to use. Linens and towels were high quality. (Which is very important to me). The neighborhood is quiet. We will be back.
Clean and Comfortable
The property has a good location. It was quite in the neighborhood. Home was as shown in photos and as described. It is well maintained and has several nice touches. Would recommend the property and stay again.
Can't wait to return
This is an absolutely a wonderful place to stay. Its clean, organized, and well maintained. The place is fully equipped which is so convenient all you need is food and drinks. The TV has cable and wifi and the fireplace is a extra wonderful touch to the place as soon as you walk in its cozy and you feel right at home. The owners are wonderful and sweet nice people you cant cant any better than that at any other place. I would recommend this place to anyone or everyone that is looking to get away and have fun. I loved going fishing out there and its not even that far. The restaurants are close by and people are very nice.
Approx 5-10 minute drive from Aspen Golf Course, Continental Golf Course, Flagstaff Mall and Northern Arizona University. Approx 30-40 minutes to Arizona Snowbowl (pending weather conditions).

Nightly Rate: $175 Weekly Rate: $800 (off peak) - $900 (Peak: June, July, Aug, Nov, Dec) Monthly Rate: $2000 (off peak) - $2100 (Peak: June, July, Aug, Nov, Dec) The rates are based on peak vs non peak season. No more than 6 occupants and no pets please. Note: Security deposit of $400 is required to hold reservation. This is fully refundable until 30 days prior to check-in. If cancelled less than 30 days before check-in, a $200 penalty will be applied to the refund of the security deposit.
