I VANZETTI is a classical 18th century villa which has been restored to the highest quality. It sits in 5 hectares of magnificent countryside, nestled into a valley overlooking endless hills in all directions. On the estate is a deconsecrated chapel dating from 1733 which has been cleverly converted into a separate house. It sits in a stunning and private position near the villa, with its own separate garden and terrace created to make it an independent rental while taking advantage of all the outside amenities of the estate.
Outdoor garden furniture is provided specifically for The Chapel including for outdoor dining on the lovely private terrace overlooking endless vistas and the village of Tredozio below. The large swimming pool , situated in a beautiful position behind the villa and out of sight of The Chapel, is shared by all the guests. Outdoor pool furniture and lounge chairs are provided for all guests. Car parking is discretely out of sight.
The Chapel can be rented independently or as part of a larger group renting I VANZETTI Villa (see Ref:6467096) or either the I VANZETTI First Floor (see Ref: 6467100) or Ground Floor (see Ref: 706691).
This very special property has been cleverly restored to include a full living room with double height ceiling and with an area for eating. The apse of The Chapel has been handsomely created into a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a complete bathroom with shower – and with a charming double bedroom above this up a small flight of stairs. The gallery bedroom totally separate from the downstairs living area affords both privacy and a spacious area. The restoration has been done to the highest standards, using terracotta floors from the local factories of nearby Faenza and the beautiful wooden wall separating the living room from the rest of the house is made from wood from our own forests.
The big swimming pool, open from 14 May - 24 September, (5 x 10 mt; depth 1,40-1,90 mt)
The Chapel is furnished with antique pieces and unique prints and local artifacts to add to its warmth and interest.
