St Arbor Lodge is a fully-furnished, rustic style lodge located on 900 Acres in rural Carlisle County, Kentucky. This location is perfect for any occasion from corporate retreats to weddings to weekend getaways!
As you walk in the front door, you’ll feel right at home with the open-concept layout, perfect for entertaining! You’ll enjoy the custom stone, wood and iron features throughout. The main level of the lodge includes a large leather sectional sofa in the cozy sitting area perfectly positioned near the beautiful stone fireplace, a poker table, a dining table with seating for six and a breakfast nook with seating for four. Just past the sitting area is the centralized kitchen with commercial grade, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. With barstool seating along three sides of the open kitchen, the cook will never be left out of the conversation! Behind the kitchen are two bedrooms, each with its own access to an outdoor sitting area, a 3/4 bathroom, and a laundry area with a stacked washer & dryer.
The open concept continues as you make your way up the log staircase to the second floor loft-style common area which includes an 8ft pool table, large wet bar with its very own full size side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator for extra storage and barstool seating around the edges of the room. Just off the common area is a spacious home theater with three rows of tiered-level theater seating and all the necessities for the perfect at-home theater experience! Also on the upper level are 2 additional bedrooms, each with its own access to the upper level outdoor seating area, separated by a 3/4 Jack & Jill bathroom with 2 separate sinks.
The fun continues outside the lodge with a full, screened-in patio with access right off the main-level common area. This area is perfect for entertainment with its outdoor kitchen, including a stainless steel built-in gas grill, dishwasher and double sink and plenty of seating. You'll also enjoy breathtaking views from the unique 100' fire tower, one of the last few remaining in the state of Kentucky. Behind the lodge is a large pond well stocked with catfish, bluegill and bass, perfect for peaceful, private fishing.
