Location, location, location! Close to everything beach, boardwalk, downtown, pool, nature trails, and outlet stores but nestled in quite lush setting that allows you to relax by just sitting on the back patio.

This was the perfect rental for our vacation with our grandson! A clean, well kept unit with plenty of room inside and out. A lovely view and tons of green space for a child to explore. (Since the unit is lakeside, adult supervision required) I could not believe how well equipped the property was, right down to the beach chairs and beach toys too! Communication with the owner was prompt and informative. Had there been a problem we knew help was only a phone call away. However, everything was just perfect! A wonderful experience that we hope to repeat next year.
We stayed at 715 Spring Lake for a long weekend in September 2016. The house was in perfect condition. My one-year-old son enjoyed the expansive (communal) lakefront garden and the huge collection of beach toys. The communal pool was a short walking distance and very refreshing. We would definitely rent this property again.
We had a wonderful time in Rehobeth. The townhouse is nestled between Rehobeth and Dewey with easy access to both. The townhouse was perfect for our family we grilled, played in the pool and of course went to Rehobeth beach and town daily. We found time to go to Dewey, Fort Miles, and Delaware Sea Shore State Park and had a great time in all the locations which are all surprisingly close. The townhouse is nicely equipped and clean. I wish I had more time to spend sitting on the deck off the master bedroom but each day was packed with family time and beach activities. Thank you Pat for your patience this was my first experience using VRBO and I was apprehensive but you answered all my questions often before I knew I had them. I hope we have the opportunity to come back. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was a short 5 minute drive from the beach. There was also a pool located a short 5 minute walk from the condo. The house was in immaculate condition and came with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a parking pass. The owner was quick to reply to all of our questions. Will definitely be back in the future!
We just stayed at 715 Silver Lake. The town home was comfortable and easy to spread out in. The home and furnishings were well kept. We enjoyed the quiet setting. We really liked how close it was to the beach. The parking pass provided gave us the freedom to park as close to the beach as we could get. While not being our home it felt like we were home. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

The hike begins in a mature upland hardwood and conifer forest, traverses a small marsh, and meanders through pine forest toward the Lewes/Rehoboth Canal. The trail ends at an overlook showcasing views of Thompson Island, tidal salt marsh, Rehoboth Bay, and the Dewey Beach skyline.
Please Note: The Spring Lake development next to the trail is private property with parking for residents only; unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Leaving the trail is strictly prohibited. No dogs are allowed in the Thompson Island Area.
