Great location, Very clean and bright condo. Across from residence beach. Karen is a pleasure to work with and was very helpful, and checked to see if you needed anything while we were there. The grounds are kept beautiful and we spent alot of time by the pool.

We arrived on December 23, after a brief (less than an hour) drive from Ft. Myers airport. The complex is on the main street (South Collier, I believe), but there was never a noise issue. The condo itself is small, but not so tiny that we were on top of eachother. I spent a lot of time out on the lanai, and by the pool, which was heated.
It's almost a mile walk to public beach access, which I understand wouldn't have been a problem if we'd been staying for a month (Resident's beach is directly across the street, but you need a pass to enter). It was not a biggie for me, but if you're traveling with kids who require the lugging of a lot of gear, it would be annoying. The beach is lovely and clean and HUGE. Being December, it was too cold to go in the water, though several intrepid souls braved it.
There are tons of restaurants, both within walking (Captain Brien's and a few others) and driving (we tried Mango's, which was more about location [on the water] than a stellar meal) distance, along with the requisite beach town t shirt emporiums, drug stores and 7-11s.
I'd absolutely stay on Marco Island again, and would happily rent this property again. The one and only downside (and this has nothing to do with THIS condo, but the neighbor's) was a nightly cigar smoker about 2 doors down who parked himself outside for at least an hour, talking on the phone. The cigar smell was overwhelming and gross, so we had to keep the inside door closed. Not a big deal, though!
Just returned from our first extended stay in Marco Island. Karen could not have been nicer and her condo was everything we had hoped it would be. The condo was fully equipped,bright, updated and a great spot to sit out and watch the world go by!! We enjoyed the pool, spent hours there, then off to Residents Beach and always ended the day back at the pool.
A vacation we hope to take for years to come..thank you very much!
