It doesn't get any better than this luxury Willamette River Front condo if you are looking for a Getaway, Vacation, or Corporate Rental in the heart of Portland!
This 1 Bedroom, newly renovated condo, has river front views from the living room, patio, and kitchen. Great Queen sleigh bed and brand new Queen pull out couch. All furniture is brand new and the condo is fully equipped! Come and enjoy all Portland has to offer!
I was in town for a conference but looking for a convenient place to stay that wasn't a hotel. This condo was perfect. I could walk to The Pearl or Downtown or to the convention center easily. The water views from the deck were fantastic, and running along with waterfront was lovely. The condo was well appointed with everything I needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
I have gotten away from the hotels once i started to rent condos for stays.
Feels much more like home.
This one bedroom suite is well laid out with full size kitchen, nice size living room and larger bedroom.
This is right on the river and can be seen from a bit from the living room and better view when out on the patio.
It also includes one parking, and my vehicle never moved the 6 days i was there. This place is walkable to china town and downtown.
Awesome waterfront lane for jogging in the morning.
A few block walk will get you to the weekend market which is always active.
Portland has a great transit system and the bus / train station is only a few blocks away.
Across the bridge is the convention area.
Any communication with the owners were responded to immediately.
I will definately look for this unit again when i come back.
We stayed in the apartment while visiting relatives during the holidays and it turned out to be the perfect location. With walking distance to the Moda centre and the rose garden and all of the lovely restaurants, local breweries and shops in the pearl district we quickly felt at home. The assigned parking spot also made moving about very easy. Going out for a morning jog alongside the waterfront was a real treat.
The apartment was clean, practical and very well equipped which was very helpful as we were travelling with a small child. Cooking "at home" was no problem. We absolutely recommend this condo for a shorter or longer stay.
For our first experience in Portland this was by far the best way to experience the city. Not being too familiar with where to go and what sides of town to check out first this condo location allows you to navigate easily to all parts of the city being centrally located, yet being tucked away in the quiet area near McCormick's pier. Getting to downtown or the Pearl District was an easy stroll. All the amenities in the condo make living there a breeze if your looking to save some money and possibly cook for you and your family. But as for me was looking to explore all the amazing restaurants that were nearby so my girlfriend and I didn't put the kitchen to much use. I strongly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back.
My family enjoyed the condo. My kids and I rode our bikes along the waterfront path that is right in front of the condo all the way to the downtown riverfront park. I did not have to worry about my kids crossing any roads on their bikes. We enjoyed watching the ships come up the river. And I went fishing right in front of the condo from the riverbank and caught a sturgeon! :D
We look forward to coming back in the summer and using the pool.
We love this condo and enjoyed our stay. It is so convenient for enjoying Portland. My kids and I would ride our bikes down the riverfront path that is right in front of the condo. I did not have to worry about my kids crossing roads and they could ride all the way downtown to the waterfront park. It was fun to watch the ships come up the river too. I even went fishing from the shore in front of the condo and caught a sturgeon! We look forward to staying here again this summer and swimming in the pool.
