About the property

House, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, 6 Sleeps

This is a two bedroom, one bath house on the banks of the Santa Fe river with a great view. We can easily accommodate up to six people with a double bed in one bedroom and a queen size bed in the other bedroom. There is also a futon sleeper in the living area. Wake up early and brew a pot of complimentary coffee or hot chocolate and enjoy the singing birds and other wildlife from the full length, screened deck while viewing the river. We have just recently added a floating dock to improve swimming access and watercraft launching.

We had a blast!!

  • 5 of 5

This is a great place! Very well kept and clean! The river access is awesome!! My only suggestion would be to laminate a page with maps and directions to the local restaurants, attractions etc. When we were there we had no phone service so we couldnt "Google" anything!!

Overall, I would highly recommend this great little cabin! I will be back!!

Peaceful to the max

  • 5 of 5

This location has all the makeup for "Peaceful" escape. Entertainment everywhere. Owls, large brown hawks, deer, otters, turtles, and more wildlife abound. No city lights out here so stars sparkle at night. One can hear all the night creatures, walk on forest trails (close or just off your street), easy mountain biking on hard packed sand, and on top of all that

"the Santa Fe River". What a great river to float (up or down), river to fish on , or just sit on the dock and watch wild life. Great fun relaxing place. Bring what you need, a "quick stop" is no where close by. AT&T has no coverage here and no internet (good and bad).

Remote location with wonderful fun outdoor entertainment.

Amazing stay!

  • 5 of 5

The home is quaint and quiet with breathtaking views of the Santa Fe River. The home is set back in the country off of several dirt roads behind a state wildlife preserve. The owner had canoes, kayaks and tubes available for us to use. Canoeing on the river was very peaceful and relaxing. On our stay my son and I fished and swung from rope swings in the Santa Fe river. We also drove about 20 minutes to the Ichetuknee River State Park and canoed down it which was unbelievably beautiful. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for this is a great value and a great place to stay.
