Second floor offers 3 bedrooms, full bath, and side to side front porch. Third floor bedroom has two twin beds, skylights, and windows. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit, plus first floor living room. Peaceful and private rear yard for personal enjoyment.

About Nancy Hazel

Originally renting in York for 20 years, but always have a dinner at Barnicle Billy's Resturant with our total family in Ogunuit, we decided it was time to find a home to enjoy as a second home and have some months to rent it to others to enjoy as well. Luckily, we found this gem in Perkins Cove, Ogunquit, and bought it quickly. We've done updating, and will always add more to satisfy our decorating ideas! It offers not only 8 rooms, but also 2 full side to side porches on 1st and 2nd floors, a rear shed for extra supplies and beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, games. Rear patio is our favorite for coffee in the morning and internet service, room for us all to sit and get our internet business out of the way leaving the rest of the day for beach, shopping, sight seeing, antique browsing, and fun!

Private, set up on a knolltop in a prime residential neighborhood, within walking to all the quaint shops, restaurants, harbor, Marginal Way, boating excursions, and so much more within a short walk - or use the trolleys coming and going to the Cove about every 20 minutes during the summer

Also from Perkins Cove, take an evening cruise, go sailing along the coast, take a cruise to whale watch, cocktail cruises, deep sea fishing - it's all right here! No need to drive a car! More restaurants along Shore Road all within walking or taking a trolley ride. Golf course bordering Ogunquit and York. Bring your bicycles and tour these scenic areas. Walk to town library.
