|Minimum Stay||5 - 30 nights|
The apartment is located in a very nice residential street, but within walking distance to the beach, clubs and shops.
It has a queen size bed and a full size sofa bed.
This apartment is located on the 7th floor and it has a balcony with a view of the city.
The building has reserved parking inside, free of charge, and swimming pool.
The address is 9th Street and West Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139, this is 9 blocks from the beach, (a 10 to 15 minutes walking), there is also a local bus (South Beach Local) that cost only 25 cents and goes around South Beach, and you can get it just outside the building.
Several restaurants and stores are just across the street from the building.
This is the second apartment I rented from Maria and this was another excellent experience,she is very helpful. The Apartment is in a great location-away from the craziness of South Beach (but it's within walking distance)so you can relax, as I need to when on vacation. The balcony is a cool bonus and everything you need is within walking distance.I'll be back whenever I can.
What a wonderful stay! This studio apartment is very nice and comfortable; Clean, fully equipped and at a good location. The balcony is great for relaxing and sipping coffee or enjoying some wine, and the Pool is a pleasant bonus. We hope to come back again next year. Thank you Maria for being such a nice host.
This studio was exactly as advertised! It was clean, affordable, and within walking distance of everything I wanted to see in South Beach. The pool was great for days when I wanted to stay in and relax. I very much enjoyed my stay, and plan to book again if ever I find myself visiting Miami again!
The location was convenient to everything in South Beach and the free parking spot in a garage was a plus; however the unit was a disappointment. This is a small shabby studio with nothing much to recommend it. There are wires all over the kitchen to plug in appliances, the ceiling fan/light flickers but doesn't come on and the TV is the size of a computer screen. We were on the 7th floor with a balcony facing a busy street so we did not use it much. The elevator broke the night we got there so had to walk the 7 flights until it was fixed the next day. The place is clean but that's about all I can say in it's favor. The little pool on a 3rd floor roof was clean but the three chaise's are dirty and the two tables and chairs were broken. Fortunately we had access to a pool down the street or this would have been a problem. If you need a cheap place to crash this would do but we will not be returning.
The apartment is simple, but fully equipped and impeccably clean. For Miami Beach it is also in a relatively quite area. Which means that you halve to walk several blocks to the beach or the party hotspots. But there are bus stops only one minute away and you have a reserved parking space.
Maria, the administrator, is absolutely fabtastic and very flexible.
I'll definetliy return here for my next stay in Miami Beach.
My cousing from Italy and I stayed in this apartment in June.
It is very clean and confortable, it has everything you need in an apartment, including free wifi.
The building is very well located, it has reserved parking and also a nice swimming pool.
You can walk to the beach and restaurants and shops.
I had always stayed at hotels before, and after staying at this apartment, I will always try to rent one for my vacation.
