Located in a beautifully landscaped, quite, gated community with a heated salt-water pool and 24 hour Fitness Center. A great location close to several fine golf courses, many major sports venues, good restaurants, night life, shopping and tourist destinations. This is a fully equipped unit. Everything you need for your vacation is here. All the linens, towels, sheets, kitchen gadgets. You have a couple of bikes to ride around, some pool toys, pool towels and even an ice chest to take to the pool so you can relax with all the other winter visitors.

Wow! A wonderful property overall. First time for my wife and I to the great state of Arizona and Desert Breeze Villas. Condo was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. Pool area was fantastic (and warm) and met many new friends and really enjoyed ourselves. Location of property is perfect for top class golf/restaurants/shopping and near several baseball fields for spring training games. We've used VRBO and VacationRentals.com for our vacations for over 15 years and this "nugget" ranks an A++++ by us. Hope to come back next year.
Our company was looking for an upscale, quiet, clean, and well run condo to put our employees in while contracted in Glendale, AZ. This exceeded all of our expectations. The property manager was a pleasure to work with and was always easy to get a hold of when I had any questions. The entire stay was problem free and our employees enjoyed the luxurious accomodations. We will continue to utilize this property manager's condo whenever our employees need accomodations in the area.
We came down last April for two weeks. This condo is exactly as advertied. Great location easy access to all major highways, made it easy to get to where ever we wanted to go. Unit is nice modern and clean. Every thing we needed was there. Lots of good golf coarses close by, my son and I would golf while my wife went shopping. For the days you don't like cooking,there plenty of reasonability priced gooood restaurants close by, (including the world famous in and out burger). We enjoyed the time spent around the pool,the other residents were quite friendly.
We came down for a GOLFING Vacation - (and needed a 3 bedroom) and the location to the southwest courses could not have been better (also close to highway entrance to get to other couses throughout Phoenix). The condo was very well kept - plenty of room and the unit was very clean. The supplies in the unit were plentiful (kitchen utinsils,and all the amenities of home.) I would highly recommend this unit for vacation rentals. 5 stars - also the pool and hot tub area added to the comfort after a long day of golf. Dene - the unit manager - called us to welcome us to the unit - and made sure we had what we needed and expected. We needed a minor repair done in the bathroom, and he fixed it the next day - he made the stay in Phoenix GREAT - I would HIGHLY recommend this unit for group golfing outing or a family vacation to the Phoenix area.

Desert Breeze is an easy 24 minute drive from Sky Harbor International Airport, only 5 minutes to University of Phoenix Stadium, Camelback Ranch Spring Training facility, Peoria Sports Complex, Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Stadium, Westgate Center and the Glendale Airport. 17 minutes to Phoenix International Raceway. 15 minutes to the World Wildlife Zoo & Aquarium. Many great restaurants and LOTS of shopping close by. Go hiking in the desert at the White Tanks Regional Park 25 minutes away. In 45 minutes you can be at Lake Pleasant. There is always cool events going on in Phoenix. Ask us, we'll tell you what's going on.
