We are currently renting the condo and would come back in a heartbeat if not for being unable to travel back to Marco next year. The furnishings are very elegant (great linens!), the entire condo is wonderfully stocked, the location is perfect and the owners are a pleasure to work with. Their customer service has been exemplary.

Availability is from October 1st thru April 30th.
October, November and December runs $3,500 monthly.
January, February, March and April run $4,300 monthly.
Monthly rate DOES NOT include Collier county tourist tax and Florida sales tax.
$1,400, refundable, security deposit required. Security deposit is returned promptly upon completion of property inspection.
