Boyne Falls Condo Rental Photos and Description

Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6)

A GREAT place for all seasons! A five-minute walk to AVALANCHE BAY WATER PARK at the base of Boyne Mountain - fun for all ages during all seasons.

Golfers/Summer Season:

Take advantage of great golfing on Boyne Mountain's two championship courses (Alpine and Monument). A 20-30 minute drive will get you to Treetops, Bay Harbor, or Boyne Highlands, where a multitude of other courses are available to be played.

Boyne Resort also has a private beach and privileges (free use of nine-hole putting green, shuffleboard, paddleboats, kayaks, tennis, bathrooms/showers/towels, lawn games, beach toys, and more. Small charge for Paddleboards) at Deer Lake. Enjoy the Tiki Bar right at the beach, and the Beach House restaurant which overlooks the beach for elegant indoor or outdoor dining with a terrific view of the lake. Nearby Boyne City, Petoskey, Bay Harbor, and Charlevoix offer a multitude of dining and shopping options; all are less than 20 minutes from the condominium.

Take a chairlift ride (weekends) up the mountain! You can even take your mountain bike and explore the miles of trails! Tennis, basketball and swimming are also just a short walk away.

Skiers/Winter Season:

Snow skiing, cross-country skiing, and boarding fun is just a short walk from the condominium. Sledding, tubing, and ice skating are located very close by (use the Boyne shuttle to the tubing hill!). Although not located on the property, there are miles of snowmobile trails a short drive away.

Enjoy the heated outdoor pool and giant hot tub located at the Clock Tower lodge. The pool and hot tub are open year round and are a great way to relax after a hard day on the slopes.

Weekend getaway!

  • 5 of 5

I rented the lower unit for a soccer weekend with my daughter. The location within the complex is perfect and the unit itself is top notch! We found the condo to be very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It has a very welcoming and warm feeling. I have stayed in a few of the Disciples units and this is one of the best. Communication was prompt and accessing unit was super easy. I hope it's available for my next stay!

Great gem of a condo!

  • 5 of 5

Great location close to main lodge and golf! We went for a wedding and spent couple of extra nights. Size of condo was great for small family. Can't beat the amenities at a super price. Very clean!

Perfect little condo!

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from a weekend in this great condo. Have rented many places at Boyne over the years, and this is one of the best. It might be smaller than some in size, but the amenities and attention to detail make it better and more user friendly than most. For example, a place to actually put snowy ski boots, room in cupboards for groceries, access to a washer and dryer, plenty of hooks to hang coats/gear--have never had this before. The condo is immaculate, kitchen well stocked, nice decor, easy walk to Boyneland lift and main lodge. There were four of us, but six would fit fine. Lori was great to work with, very responsive, and flexible with our needs. Will definitely return!

PS> Dont want to scare off anyone when I said small. The family room is small, but has room for five on the couches. Bedrooms are good size, bathroom is huge, and kitchen table seats six, and kitchen is very functional!

Family Getaway

  • 4 of 5

My husband, 2 kids (12, 14) and I took a last minute trip. This was the first time that I had booked a room through an individual owner versus a property. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the owner was great to work with, email and texting, and the property is accurately described. The unit is very clean and well supplied. The unit is a lower unit, but is easily accessible by a walkway the wraps around and down the side. The only cons are that two of the beds are very firm and didn't agree with my RA, and the shower head is in need of an update. Because the unit is in the lower level, there are few windows and is very dark if lights aren't kept on.

We enjoyed the Boyne grounds by swimming at the Clock Tower pool (90 degrees!) and huge hot tub, chairlift ride, lawn games, and arcade. Stopped in for drinks one evening at the Pierson's Grille. Everretts for breakfast while good, was way over priced.

Off property one of our favorite restaurants is Sante Cafe in Boyne City. Once again they didn't disappoint. Petoskey is just a 20 min drive and I finally got to go to the Polish Kitchen (delish!). Petoskey State Park beach is beautiful. For another offsite adventure, my husband and kids enjoyed a trip to the Wildwood Zip Line located abour 15 minutes from the Boyne property.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the feedback Nancy! I apologize that two of the beds were too firm for RA. Also I hadn't noticed that the shower head needed updating, but will certainly look into it the next time that we are there. Thanks again

Hubby and I wanted a short getaway and this fit the bill wonderfully. The condo was lovely, loved the bright colors throughout! Although we didn't get to take part in some of the facilities, we took walks and went out to dinner at Red Mesa, Café Sante, and Barrel Back. Loved them all. We did take advantage of the Stroll the Streets on Friday night in Boyne City and had a wonderful time. Would really consider going back again. Thanks for a great time.

Great Weekend

  • 5 of 5

My family and I stayed in this wonderful condo over President's Weekend! My husband and teenage kids enjoyed the convenient walking location to the ski slopes! The condo itself was extremely clean and well appointed! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and then some- including a blender and crock pot! The owners even thought to supply so many thoughtful extras- coffee, cocoa, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish soap! The owners themselves were easy to work with, quick to respond all our questions! We would gladly stay here again!
