Beautiful Home, Great Location

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed over the 4th of July with our twin 8 year olds. We walked to the square a few times with ease. There isn't a fenced yard although our kids are old enough not to need a fence. The home is located on a busy corner. The home is amazing, clean and well appointed. Very roomy and would certainly accommodate a larger group.

I read in one review where someone mentioned the noise in the front bedroom due to traffic. This is the room we chose to stay in as it has the king bed. We are not light sleepers and I always use a white noise app for sleep when traveling. I would agree that it is a bit loud and a light sleeper may want to choose one of the other bedrooms. So for us it wasn't a complaint, but worth noting for others.

Loved the home and appreciated the owners communication.

Owner's Response: Hi Michelle, Thanks for the nice review, I'm glad you enjoyed the house and your time in Prescott. I hope you will come again! We do have plans to enclose the south side of the house with a privacy fence in the very near future. I know it can get noisy, but was probably worse than usual due to the busy 4th of July. Watch for my newest listing too, we are converting another property to a vacation rental in the next couple of months, same block but further away from Sheldon. Regards, Karen

Beautiful and comfortable home in Prescott, Az.

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at the "Milligan House" for the month of June, 2017, and had a very pleasant and memorable stay. It is a very beautiful home, and only a few blocks from downtown Prescott, which has a whole lot of things going on throughout the summer months. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and everyone considering a stay in Prescott. Plus, the price is very good, compared to other homes I saw for rent in Prescott. Karen is a very nice, helpful, and pleasant person to work with to take care of your needs. We would stay there again, if the need were to ever arise.

Super clean and fully equipped. Awesome location. Walked to everything we wanted or needed because the home was close to every amenity. It's within an hour or two drive of all of Arizona's biggest sites. The perfect command post!

Prescott is known as 'Everyone's Home Town' and is rich in old west history and charm. Our downtown square has frequent arts/crafts shows and many festivals and musical activities throughout the year. It is surrounded by national forest, has several lakes within 10 minutes of downtown and numerous hiking trails. We are also a short day trip to the red rocks of Sedona, the old west mining town of Jerome, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon and the Phoenix/Sedona area.
