Guestbook comments from the owner

Sorry for taking so long to send this to you. My wife, daughter and I stayed in your home in Temecula back in October 2011. It was everything we dreamed it would be and more.

We are "Foodies" and loved the well-appointed kitchen and wet bar. It was also quite the novelty to pick limes and avocados right off the tree. Avocados are close to $2 a piece back home in the midwest. The formal dining room was well used, as we were able to share a few intimate meals with friends. It too was nice to have the outdoor grille and patio dining available. Good food, good wine, and amazing sunsets were norm. This was just what we needed prior to heading back to the winter months in snow country.

Sitting next to the pool each morning was a wonderful way to begin the day. Watching the sun rise while sipping fresh coffee, then reading a good book and watching hot air balloons that dotted the sky above the Temecula valley was delightful.

Everything about the house was wonderful. The peace and quiet, the pool and spa, the furnishings, the layout, etc. were perfect for our needs. The close proximity to shopping, golf, and wineries was a bonus.

If given the opportunity to return to southern CA, we would relish the opportunity to lodge "Under The Temecula Sun".

Thanks for everything!!

Great

  • 5 of 5

My group and I loved our stay at Under the Temecula Sun. The house was very spacious and clean, and the weather was perfect for hanging out in the lovely backyard. The only problem was there were so many mosquitos and bugs outside.

Perfect Everything

  • 5 of 5

Loved this location, right down the street from Leoness and a few other wineries, secluded, but not boonies, and a very well-kept property. It felt very clean and the landscaping was impressive. It was freezing so no pool-time for me but I was happy to drink my coffee outside with a beautiful view of the vineyards. This house truly makes you feel like a pampered guest rather than a renter. Look at the dates that you are considering booking and then add a couple of days ... you won't want to leave. Trust me.

Beautiful home was set up very nicely!

  • 5 of 5

Amazing house and location. Definitely tucked away nicely for privacy but not too far from town. Loved watching the hot-air balloons in the am while enjoying our coffee, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

A wonderful Thanksgiving

  • 5 of 5

My friends and me rented this amazing house for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time and the house was the perfect location. Especially the kitchen had everything we needed for a big Thanksgiving dinner. The house is located in a very quiet area surrounded by very nice nature. Derek the owner of the house made the booking very easy and was available to call when whenever we had questions. The house was very clean and gave us a very homely and cozy feeling during our 3 day stay.
