The house was beautifully and completely remodeled in 2008 and 2009. (Hardwood floors, new windows, kitchen, bathrooms, furniture etc.) Three bedrooms, two modern baths. Brick fireplace. Beautiful patio (barbecue and stylish patio heater) in a tropical garden overlooking Santa Barbara and the harbor. Fully furnished and equipped in european contempory style, the house very comfortably sleeps four (two queen size beds in master bedrooms) or even up to six people (modern guest sofa bed in study): perfectly suited for families and friends.
