2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps 7 - 11 (See Deborah's Guesthouses for more)
Why Deborah chose Petersburg
With this house being nestled in between our other homes, it makes a perfect addition to our Petersburg properties. Recently rehabbed, it has two completely new full baths...one off the master bedroom, the other off the kitchen.
What makes this House unique
With the layout of the beds and bedrooms, this home is perfect for two families traveling together...or just one family who wants more space. Because most of our guests are here to visit the Creation Museum, you can be confident that your neighbors will be kind and thoughtful people -- at least that's how we've found our guests to be! And what a blessing they are ;-))

Great location and space to host
What a gem! The space was well organized in the kitchen and thoughtfully decorated with many hooks and towels, extra trash bags already in cans, two lock boxes so never locked out, etc. We had 8 people stay and hosted 8 for dinner easily with the two tables. I would definitely stay again!
Very clean, which we greatly appreciated. Nice assortment of small kitchen appliances. Well stocked dishes and extra blankets. Very impressed with how clean the house was, especially the kitchen and bathrooms.
What a delightful oasis to return to after busy days of traveling. Clean, bright, well-equipped to meet all our needs.
House was very clean and perfect for our family trip! Extras like outdoor grill and firepit were wonderful! Everyone had their own space and kitchen is fully equipped. Would definitely recommend!!
Clean, warm, very cozy, and very welcoming!
The first impression that we had when we walked into this house was the amazing fresh, clean, smell, and it lasted all the time (4 days) that we were there! The house met all our needs, (a full size fry pan would have been nice) however, we made due, and other than that we didn't need anything except our clothes and food. While we were here we visited the aquarium in Newport, the zoo in Cincinnati, the Creation Museum, and the Ark Encounter.
The only con to this place, and it isn't the house or owner's fault, but the only road to reach Petersburg is very curvy and steep. My suggestion to future visitors would be to do your grocery shopping before you arrive. We got their late, in pouring rain, and went to a combination restaurant, gas station, and convenience store, and we found the people working to be very rude (yes it was almost time to close, but, they could have been helpful) we never went back. The information for the house list a Walmart and Kroger store close by, but, reality is, that is only if you can jump across the river, they are about 24 miles away by car.
We enjoyed our stay, and if ever in the area again, would love to stay in this house.
The House on the Corner was exactly what we needed. There were 11 of us and we stayed 3 nights and visited the Ark and Creation Museum. The house was clean and comfortable, and we loved the small town of Petersburg. The "Pantry" store makes great pizza and sandwiches.
This house is 3 blocks from Ohio River access.
The Creation Museum is about 5 miles away, Perfect North Slopes in Indiana about 15 miles away, and downtown Cincinnati about 25 miles away.
